  1. Did anyone else KNOW that long ball to Yakubu would give us trouble? Thank god for Cech.
  2. FUCKING RIGHT who needs Bosingwa when Ivanovic can cross like that? AVB's decision to finally drop him paying off today.
  3. God Frank's passing is poor today. Don't see how Meireles isn't getting into this team.
  4. Weird because in the FIFA game that I played right after the final whistle it ended up 14-1 to Chelsea. Torres 8 goals. I might have lowered the level to amateur. :chelsea2:
  5. Just watched his goal about 20 times. The miss is obviously terrible but I don't care. Cliche as it is, form is temporary, and class is permanent. There aren't many other strikers in the world who can make that goal look that easy. Keep believing and he will turn it around and when he does everyone else in the league is gonna be pissing their pants.
  6. Unbelievable. http://www.mlssoccer.com/videos?catid=114&id=17454 EDIT: Go to the video which shows his miss.
  7. This would be ideal for me, but I'm not sure I see us bringing in all three of Sanchez, Modric, and Falcao.
  8. This happened at my university last night. Probably unnecessary but ridiculous nonetheless.
  9. Also noticed how JT, instead of staying down and wasting time like 99% of players would, gets right back up from the Kaboul challenge at the end and just walks it off. Definition of a man.
  10. Everyone needs to celebrate this win, I think we deserve a couple of calls once in a while.
  11. Pretty happy that I was extremely drunk for Nando's first goal. I was the only person celebrating at the bar, I was with my friend who is a Newcastle fan and my other friend who doesn't follow football. Everyone else was watching the hockey playoffs, but I didn't care. I celebrated by running up my tab at the bar and yelling wildly.
  12. Pretty happy those little arrogant Barca fuckers lost, I always enjoy seeing them cry when things don't go their way.
  13. Wow Kalou what a run and finish. Usually the run goes without the finish, what is going on?!?
  14. This seems like a good start to my legal drinking career. Going to a bar down the street and looking to get highly drunk while enjoying a Chelsea beatdown.
  15. After their goal, probably the best period of play I've seen from us in a long time. Tearing them apart down the left.
  16. This. Pretty sure I'm in the minority here but I really want to keep Carlo. At the end of the day they were better than us, but they'll get battered in the final when they play Real/Barca. Still hate United, always will. Keep the faith guys because one day that trophy will be ours. And it's not far away.
  17. My parents sent them haha. I'm guessing M&M's stepped it up and got pretty personal with gifts. I am drunk. Love Chelsea and all of you guys/girls and can't wait to make it back to London to meet up for a game in SW6. I will be back as soon as I can to celebrate a title.
  18. I go to school at Penn State University in Pennsylvania. How about you? P.S. Thank you everyone for wishing me a happy birthday I'll be sure to enjoy tomorrow night haha.
  19. I'll be turning 21 on Sunday and I'll finally be able to legally drink here in the States. As I go away to school about four hours from my home in New York, my parents sent me a gift; M&M candies with my face and the CFC logo on them. I couldn't contain my laughter and thought I'd share with everyone haha. (The win over City yesterday was a nice early birthday present as well)
  20. You're all very lucky you're not in America and not stuck with this Liverpool cunt Steve McManaman like I am.
  21. There have been two games that fall under this category for me: 2008 CL Final (I taped it because my friend, who is a United fan, had a baseball practice for our school that day) and the 2009 CL semi 2nd leg against Barca (I taped that one because my friend who kind of likes Barca wanted to watch it when I did). I shut off my phone and anything that would connect me with the outside world, and I have never been more on edge my entire life. Many of my friends who were watching on both days knew the results, and were teasing me the whole time. Given the outcome of each of those games, I think it's safe to say I've learned my lesson.
