I imagine there will be a few of us interested parties after him. We should have had the cash in a suitcase for him a minute after the transfer bell rang! It woyld show him just how much he would be wanted/needed and I would think as a player it woyld be important. I have only been thinking abut Seri.Jorginho and Savic as they seem to fit exactly in some way what we need. But I'd take Tolisso,Vidal,Radja (yeah I know both Vidal & Radja have said no) Is there amy otheres that would fit the bill who woulld be a starter over our options of Barkley & RLC) as I see this as our priority upgrade.

Its probably all been discussed with Conte alread just as Granny has supposedly got together with Sarri to lay out their gameplan. Thats why Conte is on holiday. Let the club sort out Sarri then the club can make the announcement while he is away so he doesn't get press camped outside his front door. He can come back refreshed with a clear mind having talked about it with his Mrs. I just think its a real shame its ended this way.

It should be our priority IMO. No way Drinks is good enoygh, Cescy sadly doesnt have the speed. Between Barkley and RLC for sub but Ive doubts still about both. So we have Baks and wee baldy man. We are desperate for creativity in the middle of the pitch. neither of them give us that real link up between front and back and at the same time guve us goals and assists. MAYBE Sarri can get into Barkleys head but we dont know if hes even his kind of player.

I have read a few of these write ups about Sarris style of play and theres no doubtung that it is a very exciting style and I would dearly love us to play in this way. But what worries me is that we wont be able to implement this overnight and it will take us awhile to learn it - as well as changing some members of the 1st team as well as the bench. Do we have the right players to do it? And if Roman doesn't change his mindset we will be sitting here again next summer (or January) looking to get yet another manager thru our turnstiles. But fingers crossed that Sarri can get into our players heads and can get them working as well as the Napoli team are looking. And that may work out good. But te thing is tho mate we have only just done a major shift with the Dons formation. Whenever a new manager comes in its the same thing. On one hand it keeps it fresh but then theres no continuity. The players the last manager used for his style dont suit the next managers style so we spend another shit load of money instead of just upgrading a couple of positions with class players. Its plain that a good handful of the lads just wont fit Sarris style so we go into the market spending money on those to change. (I know we would have had to anyway this season but thats down to buying wonkey donkeys in the 1st place)

I have always liked him and he is great for team spirit which is important but I just wish he didn't lose the plot at times. And I know 31 as a defender isn't old BUT I would still be open to a sale for him and put it to KK coming in IF we could get him.

Baks has got better as the sason went on IMO. I was a firm believer he was a bag of shite but I'm open to the idea he will be better next season. I'll leave it till winter window with an open mind.
