I expect a reaction. A huge reaction. Massive game and another key one to our season.I said that the Goodison's game will show if we have what we need to fight for the title and the answer was definitely negative. Now we should bounce back and show that we want to comfortably be in the top 4. We need at least Pulisic to be fit otherwise will probably watch the same shitshow from today. I don't wanna see Havertz on the wing but I do want him to start and to actually show hunger and desire.

Frank deserves his fair share of criticism here. We looked clueless from the start and he didn't do anything. Absolutely nothing changed through the 90 minutes. Havertz obviously is not suited to play on the RW but we persisted with him. Timo is also not the typical winger that can cause havoc with his dribble. We are often too safe with our passing and not trying to find gaps between the lines . The evidence is that our possesion is mostly in our half or around the central line. We do it every game but today it was even more frustrating after their penalty.

Piss poor from us offensively. We created nothing from open-play. I am fuming. December is gonna be a loooong month.

One of the games that could define our season.First Goodison’s game with fans back really does mean business. Our most creative player is injured and his only back-up too which most probably means that Puli will be RW and Timo LW.But we are on form and no matter what the starting line-up is,we can win it.

IMO This is a misunderstanding due to the cultural differences between the referees and some of the players and the West in general. Calling someone "the black one" is not a racial slur over this part of Europe.As my fellow posters from Romania and Greece pointed out, there are far worse words to use if you really intend to racially abuse someone.The most common ones in Bulgaria are "mangal" which is also mostly used towards the gipsies and "monkey". But calling someone "black" is not on the list and it's probably that way because we, like our neighbours, are predominantly a white country. I get it, the word "negru" sounds like the n word and it pissed them off but inatead of ruining that referee's life with such strong accusations, they could have asked for an explanation and actually advise him on how to be more careful with his words next time. There is absolutely no need for such overreaction. Deliberately abusing someone is one thing but a mistake like yesterday's one can happen to anyone. But this Romanian guy will probably lose his job, get socially abused and suffer the consequences of his actions for the rest of his life.

Emerson and Havertz could play on the wings - Emerson did pretty well there earlier this season.

According to transfermarkt, the knee injury he had 2 months ago is his longest lasting injury. He has never had more than two minor injuries per season prior to 2018/19 season when he had 4 and missed 4 games throughout all competitions. Last season he has missed 6 games, 5 of which in 2020. He doesn't look injury prone on paper but this is his 4th injury this year and has already been injured for 71 days.
