  1. No, players of Anderlecht are never world class ofcourse, the level at which they play is too low. But he has some qualities to make a difference at the world class level in the future imo.
  2. I changed it in less than 2 minutes because I thought it was too offensive to use that word, Weckerz' comment was way more off imo. But he doesn't need to get banned for it.
  3. No way that all 6 will reach that far, I only say that they have abilities to achieve that. And when it comes to silly comments, I think you are the winner at this forum .
  4. The thing that bothers me the most in Belgian youth academies, is the fact that there are almost no two footed players. But you have named two exceptions indeed . For two footed players, you have to look at The Netherlands. And Anderlecht is producing world class players very fast now in their academy. Najar, Acheampong, Praet, Tielemans, Dendoncker and Mbemba certainly have possibilities to reach the European top teams.
  5. I know that defensive midfielders never count as real players and are often very much underrated, but you can see that Dendoncker definitely has some world class qualities too. It's certainly not only hard work. But ok, things like an excellent positioning are less obvious to some viewers than an excellent dribbling.
  6. Belgian league players of the last 10 years. Vincent Kompany, Yaya Touré, Thibaut Courtois, Kevin De Bruyne, Witsel, Carvalho, Gervinho, Mignolet, Mangala, Lukaku, Benteke, Fellaini, Eboué, Lombaerts, Perisic, Demba Ba, etc. It's not that the league only produces losers.
  7. Lol, you definitely underestimate this player. He is the best player of your team in the second half of the season for sure. Only Kompany, Ahmed Hossam, Courtois, De Bruyne and Moses Simon have excited me that much in the Belgian league. Hossam only had mental issues, otherwise he would have became one of the best players in the world.
  8. According to the Belgian newspaper HLN, Chelsea not only wants Tielemans from Anderlecht, but also Leander Dendoncker. Leander Dendoncker (19) is a defensive midfielder and one of the biggest Belgian talents. He has an excellent positioning, he runs very very fast, he is strong, recovers an incredible amount of balls, his stamina is amazing (his coach Hasi says that he can keep running for 3 games in a row), his technique is good, his passing is good and he has a beautiful powerful shot in his legs. He also was the best player on the field against Dortmund and Arsenal in the Champions League, while he had barely played a game before. Sahin (Dortmund) asked him if he could stop running that much, after the game he went to Dendoncker and wanted his shirt.
  9. Most assists in the European top leagues now, interesting battle between him and Fabregas!
  10. But can Liverpool pay him? He will cost at least €70M. He is the best player in the Bundesliga this season (along with Robben), he is the number 4 player in the world this season according to the most important football rating site. Man City, United, Bayern and PSG have money. But it will be a difficult story for Liverpool.
  11. According to the media, Man Utd first thought he was too expensive (they have bid €40M this winter which was immediately rejected by Wolfsburg), but they will try to buy him again this summer. Man City will also try to buy him for €55M. It looks like there will be a war this summer between the two Manchester teams. PSG, Bayern and Liverpool are also very interested. I'm pretty sure that if he joins City and he becomes the main man to win the league, that this forum will explode here.
  12. Rumours are that clubs are willing to pay €55M for De Bruyne, but Wolfsburg says that they don't even consider selling him for €70M. He is also the 4th best player in Europe this season according to whoscored.com. Which is the most important football rating site worldwide.
  13. Eden Hazard is currently number 5 in best performing players in Europe this season according to whoscored.com. Ex-Chelsea player Kevin De Bruyne is in 4th position at the moment.
  14. He has no qualities at all to play as a winger, his only possible position is the number 10. The spot of Oscar.
  15. Just go read the reactions of the Mönchengladbachfans. They never thought that their club could buy him for €8M. They are celebrating this transfer like they have won the title. €8M is not enough, well played Favre.
  16. Favre is a smart coach. Until now he has put Thorgan on the bench after great performances and he always played him at wrong positions in the field. That's how you get a player for €8M. Now he will stop this game I think.
  17. Man City wants to bid €55M for De Bruyne this summer. Or else Edin Dzeko + cash. Manchester United, Liverpool, PSG and Bayern are also still very interested.
  18. Nice video of the first half of the season! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVCJYtcmYGw
  19. Best goalkeeping duo in football ever, we are watching history. But I don't think it will last for a season longer, Cech also needs to play every game. I hope we'll find an excellent goalkeeper for the bench next season.
  20. I've seen it again. Very hard header from Cavani, precisely in the top corner, 4 metres from the goal. Unreal save. Can't understand why you guys think that's normal.
  21. The Cavani save in the first half was unreal, and I think the ball would have been at the inside of the post, so it certainly saved us. His 2 saves in the second half were also far from standard, but the very best goalkeepers save those balls indeed. Very very good game.
  22. 2 good saves, 2 excellent saves, one world class save. Goal was impossible to save. 9,5/10
  23. 2 good saves, one world class save first half. So just a bad game against Villa
  24. Yeah, sorry. That was way off topic indeed. Johnny just keeps pushing, I shouldn't have reacted to it.
