It was already known that Wolfsburg rejected a Man Utd offer for De Bruyne this winter, but they have also rejected an offer from AS Monaco. The quarter finalist of the CL is also still interested in De Bruyne.
-
Yeah, De Bruyne was also average (but a little bit better) last season. He will show his abilities next season in the CL.
-
Bayern is the best team in the world. Dortmund played the final in 2013, and the rest of their teams perform equal to the English teams
-
He scores and gives assists every game, not many new things under the sun. But some trolls say he does that because the BL sucks and now that has caused a massive league discussion.
-
I have a lot of respect for Atletico. Without having the mediadeals that Barcelona and Real have, they have won the Spanish title and played the CL final. I don't think it will last their succes, but that was very very well done. Valencia, Sevilla and Bilbao are also strong teams, but less then Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham imo. And below that the Spanish league is very weak.
-
And English teams in general play the EL with a lot of reserve players, while the Spanish teams always try to win that league. It is the only one they can win because Real, Barca and Atletico are in their league.
-
No, you haven't read what I have said. I can see that by the fact that you thought that I said the Bundesliga is better because of the Kompany example. I was explaining that things like that are lol examples and only show a low level of debating.
-
When fat Ronaldo played in the PD, it was a much better league than now. Fact. Kompany wasn't welcome anymore in Hamburg and was pushed to the exit there, so maybe he wasn't rubbish, but he certainly wasn't impressing there at the least. And ofcourse they are not the worst teams in the world, but it are certainly bad teams against the best in the world. It just sounds better when you say best against worst . And indeed, the Kompany comment has nothing to do with the strength of the league. That was also my point, thanks for confirming it.
-
Lol, have you guys never watched games from the PD? The top teams are the strongest of any league, but the rest of the league is so bad that it is far behind the PL and the BL. It is the best teams of the world (although I think Bayern is the best team now) against the weakest teams of the world. That's why it is not that impressive when Ronaldo and Messi score 40 goals every season in that league, they wouldn't do that in the PL or BL. Many players that were strong in the PD have come to Belgium and none can handle the weak level here. The same goes for The Netherlands. Figueras, Arzo, Gato Silva were all important players for their clubs in the PD, but they were too weak for Belgian top/subtop teams. But it's not the fault of the league, or the fault of those low level clubs. Barcelona and Real take all the mediadeals for themselves and let the rest of the teams with crumbs. The next coming years the gap will even become more bigger.
-
Ofcourse not, Wolfsburg has grown a lot this season and is a much stronger team than half a year ago. Everton will also loose against Wolfsburg now. No doubt
-
The Bundesliga is at least as good as the PL. But Bayern is the best team in the world, that's the only problem there. Wolfsburg would beat Man City at this moment. Dortmund, Monchengladbach, Schalke and Leverkusen are at the same level as United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham. The rest of the teams are also equal. I think the Bundesliga is a little bit better at the moment.
-
Lol, Bundesliga and PL are on the same level. PD and Serie A are far behind. Kompany was rubbish in Hamburg and came to the PL and was chosen as the best player of the league in 2012. So that is a prove that the Bundesliga is better. There are a lot of other lol examples like that. By the way, on foreign forums everybody thinks that the PL is laughable because you have no teams in the quarter finals of the Champions League. But that is just the same level of debating like the Di Santo example of you guys.
-
That's why I cross my fingers for no injuries, if he stays healthy I think it's 95% sure. It would also be the first Belgian ever to have an important record in a big league behind his name.
-
18 Bundesliga assists, the all time record is 20 and 9 games to go. Crossing my fingers for no injuries!
-
The Belgians that think that every Belgian player is overhyped and that are cursing at the Belgians that believe in their players, annoy me too. If you are fed up with the Belgian people and the Belgian media praising KDB, don't read the German media, cause they write exactly the same. 39 games, 15 goals and 22 assists this season. Probably will break the all time assist record of the Bundesliga. Not that bad for an AM in the Bundesliga.
-
If you can choose to try a player that plays crap the whole season long already, or try a player that plays excellent this season. The choice is obvious for me. We have to give a serious chance to YFC. Januzaj doesn't deserve to get selected this season.
-
I have never seen players playing worse than Januzaj this season. He has a lot of talent, but he is too lazy to have a big career imo. There is no reason at all to select him for the national team and there is certainly no reason to give him a starting spot. The other wing should belong to YFC, even in the youth teams I thought he was more talented than Januzaj, and he is only making progress. YFC is the only other wing that can be a massive player for a top team in the future. Mpoku will also have a great career I predict, but not as good as Hazard and YFC.
-
Kevin De Bruyne is the big boss of the Belgian national team. Hazard has had a few good games, but the rest were bad. But I'm a 100% sure that Hazard performing bad has nothing to do with De Bruyne, the two can play very well together in my opinion. When Messi played bad for 6 years in a row for Argentina, it was also not the fault of Aguero. People should stop to believe those nonsense stories. And Kevin will also play great if he's not the main man in a top team, a lot of bs stories at this forum.
-
And the discussion is a bit unnecessary, he is the last one of our 11 players that deserves to be blamed for our elimination. Fantastic 2 games against PSG from his side.
-
Just did what he is doing the entire season. Inter was 0-1 in front, then he took his team by the hand with 2 goals and an assist. 3-1. It starts to feel like normal, but it's just sick again.
-
A journalist asked Garcia Sanz if they would sell him for β¬70M, and his answer was: not a chance. I think that the chance is small that a team will bid 90-100M this summer. He will play CL next season with Wolfsburg, and I think they can surprise there (maybe even semi-finals).
-
Dieter Hecking, the coach of Wolfsburg, admitted that Man Utd keeps trying to buy De Bruyne.
-
Loan him out to Anderlecht until he is the best player in the Belgian league and then loan him out to a mid table PL Team. He can still improve here. Praet is an example of someone that has nothing to learn anymore in the Belgian league and has to go after the season, just like Meunier of Club Bruges. But Tielemans definitely isn't.
-
And still a few non Man Utd fans say that DDG is better, maybe they should look for a moment how many time DDG needed to get used to the PL and how many time both our goalkeepers needed. And DDG is only a shotstopper, Courtois is at least as good in stopping shots and he is a complete goalkeeper. And make a compilation video of the mistakes of DDG and one of Courtois of their careers, and you will see 50 times more mistakes in the first video. Can't believe some people have that opinion.
-
And if we buy him, we should loan him out to a team that suits him. The step Anderlecht-Chelsea is too big for any player.
