I think our interest in Declan Rice is because we need a backup for Kante, but we also need a backup for Thiago Silva. Rice could do the job at DM in a 4-3-3 whenever Kante needs a rest, not only that but he can also play as a ball-playing CB, because of his passing ability. The only worry for me is not having Thiago Silva playing for us. However, we should still be able to outscore them with our attacking force. Even if our defense is leaky with Rudiger at the back.

My dream is coming true and that's Lampard massively improving as a manager. We are seeing a pattern of play and everything coming together. Even though the criticism was fair, I still believe he deserves massive respect. Before this season, I was struggling to see what our identity was but now I can clearly see where we are heading. There's nothing better than seeing our club hero succeeding as a manager . Let's hope he continues this, and also performs against the bigger sides. That's what matters at the end of the day.

I am absolutely buzzing! Ziyech has proven why he was levels above everyone in the Eredivisie for years. People questioned whether he can adapt to life in PL blablabla. What now? No one can deny he is special. Don't get me started on the man, the myth, the legend Thiago Silva!! He completely changed our defensive structure, and brings a calming presence which rubs off on the other defenders. Reece James is probably our best academy product since John Terry, his offensive and defensive contribution is superb. Chilwell is someone who completely proved me wrong. I had no idea he was a player of this quality, he is performing at a world class level at this moment. The rest of the players deserve massive praise as well. One thing is for sure, we are being feared by rivals and I absolutely love it lol.

Good half even though we're not playing at our best. The only negative is Kovacic, he really is not playing up to his standard. We still should be leading by 4-5 goals.

Why is Kovacic playing as a striker? Very weird, he should come short and receive the balls like Mount.

Apart from Lampard playing Mount on the wing, I see where he is coming from. CHO has been very poor everytime he has come on. He literally loses every 1v1 battle. Lampard should start him in FA Cup games when it comes, and/or sub him in PL/CL matches when we're leading by a good margin. He has to prove himself to slot in the starting XI imo.

Kante was horrible under Sarri, I don't know why you think he was good there. Fact of the matter is that Kante has had his best performance against Burnley and where did he play? You guessed it as a DM! By the way I this is not temporary. As soon as Havertz or Mount are out, Jorginho will start because he is higher than Kovacic in the pecking order. The only thing we can do is hope and pray that Chelsea get a DM in january so that we never have to see Jorginho again.

I don't want to be sounding negative everytime but this half truly showed us how Jorginho destroys our midfield. He's slow, can't defend and never passes forward but passes sideways which hinders our attack massively. Furthermore playing Jorginho at DM means that we have another liability which is Kante at CM. Which means that we have TWO midfielders that are ineffective in our midfield, I really want to know what Lampard sees in him.

Frank always finds a way to get on my nerves, just when things were starting to look very positive as well. He's capable of making the most nonsensical decisions, which is very annoying tbh.
