Kante playing as a deep midfielder is all I wanted. This is why Deschamps uses him similarly like I mentioned before. He excels in this role, because he is at his best defensively. Hakim Ziyech, Mount, Silva and the whole team looked amazing, but in certain moments you can see that they're not fully gelled yet. So imagine how we'll be once everyone settles in! Fair play to Lampard for finally finding his formation and playing everyone in their right positions. We geniunely looked like title contenders today. Happy days

Burnley will be tough when it comes to their physicality, I don't think they offer anything offensively. In my opinion, the lesser teams in CL are tougher than Burnley if you compare the teams. However 99% is about mentality in football, and I think that Chelsea and other PL teams see Burnley as a tough side which already gives them some sort of an edge.

We need to make a statement tomorrow. Our defense looks like it has massively improved, and our players showed a lot of quality attacking wise against Krasnodar who are arguably a better team than Burnley. If we beat Burnley 4-0 as well then it shows that it is possible for us to challenge for the title with this team. I don't want to get too gassed but Liverpool are in shambles, and Man City look very ordinary this season. It's our chance to do the unthinkable, I just hope that Lampard has the tactical prowess to change our season.

He is someone in his prime. That's why he is in my opinion our best signing this window (attacking wise). I've also seen first hand how important he was for Ajax in the Eredivisie so it's no surprise to me that he is a baller. I just hope he manages to stay fit regularly.

I'm very intrigued to see how 4-3-3 with Kai, Mount and Kante is going to work. As soon as that change was made against Krasnodar there were so many positives that came with it. Havertz and Mount had so much freedom because Kante sat back and locked everything down. All the passes were directly going forward instead of sideways which almost brought a tear to my eye lol. Even though I criticise Lampard a lot, I have to give him props for that. No more Jorginho means: no more sideways passing and no more shit defending. Mason Mount in a 4-3-3 offers defensively and offensively more than Jorginho. Let's just hope Lampard really tries to go for the win, and set's his team up that way. We'd send a message to the Prem if we get a cleansheet and score a lot of goals against Burnley.

Without Jorginho playing, you see the difference in our approach in terms of passing. Instead of passing the ball the whole time, we were positive and kept bringing the ball forward. I pray that Lampard doesn't fear Burnley and plays the midfield of Mount-Kante-Havertz.

Attack is the best defense. You press the opponents which means you don't give them any opportunity to attack. Instead of them pressing us and us giving the opponents space to attack, the opposite happened after the subs which was very positive to see.

Kante sitting in front of the defense is a beautiful thing to watch. It gives me hope that Lampard will finally play him in his rightful position.
