I think the loan deal of MVG to Milan depends on whether we can get Khedira this window. If we really let MVG go, we will suddenly be a little thin in the center midfield. Mikel, Matic, Cesc, Ramires and eventual Oscar are the only players left. I think Khedira for £10-15M would be a great addition for this season if we really let MVG go on loan.
Nah, don't think Cavani would fit us well. We are currently playing in systems with mainly 1 striker. If we buy Cavani we need to switch to 4-4-2, since neither Costa or Cavani would like to be on the bench. Cavani will also cost a lot, £50M at least with maybe the same wages as Torres. In DD we have the perfect 3rd striker who is still a monster in the air and a great targetman to come on late in the game. In Costa we have a complete striker. Now we need a poacher-type for goals and Destro seems fine in finishing, still young (23 versus 27 Cavani) and if he wants to be the 2nd striker, he's welcome. Mou also knows him from the youth at Inter Milan when he was the trainer there. So Mou must know him well and in Mou we trust.
Mattia Destro’s agent confirms “there is interest from Milan and Chelsea” for the Roma striker. Valued at €25m, the forward had previously been linked with Tottenham, but it seems he has attracted the attentions of another Premier League club. “I cannot deny he is at the centre of some important situations that could develop,” agent Claudio Vigorelli told alfredopedulla.com. “More Milan or Chelsea? The market is unpredictable. These are two interested clubs. “Jose Mourinho admires him, while Milan could make some important steps forward very soon.” http://www.football-italia.net/54842/destro-agent-milan-and-chelsea-talks?
Why is he wrong for having an opinion during the HT? All of us were discussing about the match during the the match and HT. Many players were poor in the 1st half and one of them was Oscar, and Oscar has been bad for a long time. No one of us wants our players to be bad, I agree with didierforever that we have other players who deserves to start over Oscar, especially Willian. He can't hide behind his age for too long anymore, he's turning 23 in 2 weeks. He should stand up and be consistent, otherwise he will lose his spot again like last season.
