Sturrige ruled out for this game by Rodgers.

Yeah, we had remy, costa, ramires, schurrle mikel injured at the same time, plus azpi (and ivanovic) suspended. I'm happy we didn't drop a lot of points lately.
-
Yeah crystal palace 1-2, united 1-1, shrewsbury 1-2, qpr 2-1, maribor 1-1. This run was worrying, but we also had a long injury list: remy, costa, ramires all out for a long time. Now we have Costa and Ramires back, I hope this ends the "bad" run.

One thing is for sure, I want Rambo next to Matic in this game. They have many fast attacking players ,don't think Cesc can deal with them. With Oscar on the wing we will lose some pace but he's in a better form than Schurrle and Willian. Ramires will balance this out for Oscar and Cesc. Little bit dissapointed with Willian lately, he hasn't improved in attack this season. Schurrle's world champion ego seems blocking his performances. Salah should get some chances now before January. Liverpool rested their keyplayers for this game, so in terms of pressure to win I think it's equal now. Hope that has a negative effect on them. Expect this line up: Courtois Iva Cahill JT Azpi Rambo Matic Oscar Cesc Hazard Costa Bench: Cech, Zouma, Luis, Mikel, Drogba, Schurrle/Salah,Willian.

The leader role only is already priceless, told Costa to calm down. Doubt Costa would listen to Torres.

Before the season started I've looked at our schedule and was really angry and worried. We play Mancity, Arsenal, United and Liverpool ALL after a midweek Champions league group game. In the first 11 games we've had: Everton away, Mancity away, Manunited away, Liverpool away and Arsenal at home, one of the toughest runs we could imagine in just 25% of the competition. I would have taken a draw here before the start of the season and won't be upset with it coming Saturday.

Uefa+Chelsea, not a happy marriage as we know. Diego's goal should've counted, Oscar deserved a penalty. Hazard is our star, unstoppable again. He was clearly frustated after that big miss, so missed the penalty because of his emotions. Hazard is now fired up for the Livpool game, so that's the only positive thing here. Let him sign the contract ASAP! Mourinho, is he setting a record time of using all his subs without injuries? Cesc should play mainly as the #10 who can drop deep to get the ball because he is too slow for the pivot. Matic, such a relief to have him. World class player in his position, untouchable. Not sure what to say about Schurrle, Salah should get some chances now. Zouma had a good game I think, did he make any mistakes? Oscar and Diego were good, changed the game. Motm: Matic.

One thing is for sure, we will be very tired for the Liverpool game.

Don't like a front 2 of diego and drogba
-
Funny to see schwarzer on skysports during this match, he's still our player lol.
-
Cech

Mikel is out. Have missed Ramires too, especially against Manunited.

I think... Simeone, what about you

Think Jurgen Klopp will be the next Arsenal manager.

Their only weakness is Casillas

Rodgers' starting XI has angered a host of Reds fans but the Portuguese boss reckons his controversial decision will prove a masterstroke if they beat Real and Chelsea this week. Mourinho said: "I don’t speak about Liverpool. I speak about myself. "If one day I go to a game and I don’t feel I can win, maybe I don’t go. So, normally, against the most difficult opponents, I will try to go with my best team but who knows. "Liverpool might play a fantastic match and win and rest players and the players are in great condition to play against Chelsea in this case it might be a genius decision. "In football it is difficult to comment." Chelsea play Slovenian outfit Maribor in the Champions League tomorrow before heading to Anfield on Saturday. http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/408684/Chelsea-Jose-Mourinho-Brendan-Rodgers-Liverpool

'Everybody at Chelsea knows how much I love the club,' said Mourinho. 'They know how much I want it to improve and how much I want to be part of the club in the future. Everybody knows. Even a moment of criticism has to be analysed with different eyes, with the eyes of somebody who knows why I came back to Chelsea and why I'm here with my heart and why I want to stay for a long, long time. 'I am just somebody who loves football a lot. I love my job. I am lucky to do my job in the club I like so much and feel such a connection to, and maybe that makes me lead the club with a different emotion. If I do it in a professional way and concentrate only on training and selection. It is because this is not just for me a job. It is more than that, because it's Chelsea. 'Maybe I go a little bit too far. But I see myself in the stands, watching Chelsea and I want to play, I want to help. If I'm not a player I cannot play, if I'm not a coach I cannot make decisions, if I'm just a fan what can I do to help. That's just my view.' http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2820773/I-gone-far-criticising-Chelsea-support-s-care-insists-Jose-Mourinho.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490

Rodgers plays a total B team
-
No Cesc?
-
Reus can replace Ribery who will be 32 next year. But somehow I don't have the feeling Reus will join Bayern. Think he will move to England with ManU as the favorites.
-
Yeah the same (bs) article stated Bale will move to Manchester and Hazard to Madrid. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/531225/- I think it's inevitable that Hazard will join Madrid in the future (it's his dream club?), but let us at least have him for 3-4 more years.

Where is the new contract? Just read another rumour Real Madrid is preparing a bid for him.
