Super boring draw
-
It does hurts to think we let him go and now we see Oscar playing as our 10. But this lessens the pain for me: -Remember that Matic was bought with KDB's money. That was important at the time, in terms of FFP - We now already have Cesc as our creative maestro who is proven in the EPL. Yes Cesc is now a little off form, but when he was at his best, I think his vision and passing is better than KDB's or at least equal. - If the rift is true between Courtois and KDB about the girl (which the girl openly admitted). Would it have worked between those 2 or would 1/2 have left eventually? I'd say forget about him and look forward, we need to find a world class B2B player to complete our current midfield, not a De Bruyne type player.

Messi is unreal

Oscar, worst bet ever from Jose. Hope he takes his loss and let him go for a decent price. Mikel sounds likely, hope that Ake takes his spot next season. Ramires and Willian are Jose's unlimited workhorses, maximum 1/2 will go but I think both will stay. "My Ramires is back" and "never stop running Willian" Remy is the next Demba, think he will leave eventually. Hopefully with a EPL medal Cahill is a good back up CB, he is also the last English man we have when JT retires. We should not let him leave.

If he's available, yes. But don't think he wants to be a squad player again. Would start for many midtable and small teams.

But when it comes to us, these penalties decisions are always against us. I'm very tired of complaining and I know we also have to play better, but this BS campaign doesn't help us, we are always playing against 12. Even off the pitch, when Costa was suspended in record time, and Matic ban upheld. When was the latest time we were awarded a penalty in any FA competition? It's still that one vs QPR on Nov 1, 2014, game week 10 and now we are in gameweek 30, and we won the COC already. I have never seen anything this bizarre. And then I haven't even mentioned the media...
-
Would be fun to see Torres taking one of the penalties
-
Don't think there is any chance KDB will come back now Courtois is here. (If the story was true about their rift) We should simply forget him.

Switch to Atletico-Leverkusen to watch extra time
-
Wow nice 2-0, gonna be a fun last 15 mins

Just read Ronaldo told the Real fans to fuck themselves during the Levante match. A few days back AS also reported SAF is pushing for a return of Ronaldo/a Bale move.

Yeah, normally I don't think it's a must for Mou himself. I think it's a requirement of the board to use more youngsters in the future, especially English youngsters. Mourinho talked a lot about our academy players this season, and specially mentioned the English ones like Baker, Brown, RLC, Solanke? It's important for the image of the club to have more English players in the team. We lost Cole, Lampard, and will soon say goodbye to JT, with Cahill as the only one (maybe even on the bench) it's not enough.

Chelsea 1st spell - Mikel? I forgot Inter - Santon Real - Varane (Nacho, Morata) Chelsea - Zouma, (Ake) We should not forget this project is also new to Mourinho, to cope with FFP, implement youngsters, work for a long time. When he arrived in his past clubs, the main goal was fast trophies and he succeeded. The longest time at 1 club was 3,25 years (first spell Chelsea) Now this is a new project, Mou wants to stay here to be our Sir Alex, and if he win things, the club wants him to stay too. But first things first, he needs to win the EPL to be calm again and to convince the board he is still the man for this job. He has a lot of pressure, we've seen the relieve when he won the COC, the celebration and smile. But that's just the starter, EPL is the main course. It's like a poker player desperately grinding himself into the money before making risky moves, cause he needs the money so badly. So when it's done (win the EPL), he will have less pressure, which means more space for mistakes, more space to try new things like more attacking formations, more space to play youngsters like he mentioned with RLC next season (as he expect to win the title). So let's hope we win the EPL, it would be the best thing for our club's stability and future improvements.

Hi friend,I think Zouma is already in level 6, according to your formula. He played many cup games and some CL games an did well (level 4) and then Mou put him against Liverpool and Mancity instead of Cahill (level 5) and hem performed well (level 6). He even trust him so much to play him out of position in midfield (level 7 [emoji12]) He did the same with Ake at the beginning of the season, Ake also played many cup games and had some time in the CL but unfortunately Ake got injured. After that he didn't get back into the team, because we arrived in an important part of the season. I also think, when Mou wins this year's EPL he will have more balls to play open football, more attacking football, more youngsters and more rotation. Currently he is too afraid to risk things. That EPL title would bring us to a total new level, I really believe.

Just rewatched the game. First half pathetic Second half good since Rambo came on. We had many chances but were really unlucky. - Willian shot and deflection by Costa - Oscar header, hazard rebound - Oscar shot - Azpi shot - Remy, Terry, Terry - Cuadrado chance We were unlucky not to score, like we were lucky not to concede in the first half. (Thanks to Tibo) It was a fair draw in the end.
-
How about Ivanovic as cb? Is he still fast enough next season for that position? Azpi-Iva-Zouma-Luis
-
Come back Schurrle :-(, we all know you love Chelsea
-
That's what I do when I watch neutral matches like Barca VS Real, or Brazil VS Argentina in the worldcup. When it comes to Chelsea, all I care is winning. When it comes to Chelsea I'm a Chelsea fan, not a football or sports fan.

I don't mind how we play, as long as we become CHAMPIONS this season. That's the main goal and only goal we should have, these young players need to taste what it is like to be champions, they need to get the feeling of being champions, they need that responsibility. It is so important to have this experience to develop the same mentality Mou's teams used to have. Ferguson's teams had that champions mentality too. Then next season we can address the problems in our playing style, in the summer we can buy players to do that. And then I will join the club of members here who says "we need to play better football". But right now we need the league title badly to develop these youngsters further and to keep Mourinho here. (I'm not sure Abramovic won't sack him if he messes this up)
-
Would love Wesley Sneijder as a squad player/Cesc back up. He knows Mou, loves him and would be cheap (31 years old). For around 10m Euro's I would take him. Not sure about his form but I'm sure Mou can get the best out of him again. - lot of big game experience (WC final, CL final) - good long shots - double footed, like Carzorla - creative brain behind Inter's treble season - good at direct freekicks - great set piece taker We have 2 non-HG quota now, probably 3 if Cech leaves us with a HG keeper replacing him.
-
Yeah really miss him and Schurrle..
-
There was a reason I wasn't upset by our CL elimination. The league comes first and I was worried about our recent form. The players could use a bit of rest, especially Eden, we are too reliant on him. We need to win the next 3 games and start with Hull, come on! Best realistic line up (with Mou): Courtois Iva Zouma JT Luis Matic Cesc Ramires Willian Eden Costa What I want to see: See above, The Skipper's line up.

Ok if the Matic one was a penalty, he should have been sent off in the 2nd half. That compensates the not given Iva penalty then for me.
-
What are your thoughts about the penalties? - was the Matic situation a penalty? - was the Ivanovic situation a penalty? - was the Costa situation a penalty?
