Hazard didn't start games vs small teams in the league cup/fa cup last season. Salah, Remy, Schurrle, Oscar played behind the striker. Cesc, Willian and Hazard were on the bench.

He said this to save face for JT. He can't say "JT is past it and can't play a high line". The fact we played Zouma+Cahill in and a high line in the last 2 games says enough. Plus he was chasing Stones/Marquinhos this summer, he clearly wants to change the low block.

Hopefully it's Zouma next to Ivanovic who has a pace to cover for him: Ivanovic-Zouma-Cahill-Azpi. No Ramires which means Mou wants to attack, No Terry because Walcott plays striker. Ivanovic played 2 times vs Sanchez last season and was good...hopefully he can do that again...
