I think chalobah is good enough to be getting regular minute's at chelsea as is josh.I believe mceachran is a player that will be a squad player till 25-26 and after that he will show his real potential like most players of his position do(xavi,pirlo,benat etc).

the like's of pogba,de sciglio,badstubber,muller,rafael etc did not go out on loan.They were thrown into the deep end but they were talented(like chalobah) hence they worked hard and did not dissappoint their managers and fans.I would like to recall chalobah next year as an understudy to mikel and eventually replace him.

Yeah agree that kane and wallace are not ready and need atleast 2-3 years before becoming usefull squad players but one player who is ready is kalas imo.He has been very good at RB this season for vitesse and overall has had 2 brilliant seasons at vitesse.I would recall him first rather then splash 7.5 on a stop gap.

TBH we already have wallace,kalas and kane for the back-up RB spot and as good a player clyne is i think this might become another glen johnson situation because i really cant see clyne displacing azpi anytime soon.We should be looking at their LB instead.

Currently i think the best pairing is terry-luiz but as terry is very much on his last legs i think we will need one genuine world class CB and a young top class CB(zouma).Loan the young CB for 1-2 years and then eventually replace ivanovic with him.And before people start throwing in name's like chalobah and kalas for the CB spot,chalobah is now a midfielder and kalas is excelling in the right back position.

Yes thats my point as well we have to throw these kids in to the deep end and give them a chance or else they will never be good enough for us,loans can only take you so far.Bayern munich did not loan badstubber and muller to werder bremen for 2 years before giving them a chance in the first team,they trusted both of them gave them a chance in the 1st team immediately and now both badstubber and muller are german national team regulars as well as key players for bayern.
