It's December now, and finally Mourinho listens to my Advice. Better late than never!

I like the Idea of trying a Tandem of Matic/Mikel as a Test in such a Match. I'm pretty sure that Pairing would do well especially in Matches against Busparker Teams who do not want to get out of their own 16 yard Box unless we give them more Space to open up.

Now we know who runs the Show.

I knew that he is a great Footballer, watching him at our Reserves back then. I mean it was visible. Visible! Sometimes a Player can even have a Shit-down-the-Pants Game, but still there is some Class sourounding him. Matic is such a Player. Ballack played back then. A Player who had to be put under the Gun before he even thinks about getting into a Dribbling vs 2-3 Players. And Matic was wasted at the Reserves, pulling Jaw-Dropping Passes and Dribbles. And then we sold it. I would really love to know, who made the Decision to loan him out back then. Btw well deserved Player of the Year Award in Serbia Big Man, may you stay here fore many many Years.. I dont know many Players except Brana and Vidic there, but I believe he is already the greatest Serbian Player there ever was.

Sell him. The sooner. The better.

What a jerko-esque move by Azpilicueta. Just brainless. Could have cost us dearly, if Delaney wasnt just as brainless. Only that easy loss of the Ball by Fabregas seconds before pissed me off even more ...

Back in his early Chelsea Days I remember watching regularly the Reserves, with Matic, Borini, Gael Kakutta and so on. When I saw him the first few Times I was astonished and I wondered how a limited Player like Ballack plays Week in Week out and someone like Matic, who pulls Hoddel-esque Passes and breaks through Midfield Lines with occasional Powerdribbles wastes his Time with the 2nd Team. However, I was sure that he'll be Chelseas Future and thought to myself that at our Club they know what they are doing - until suddenly they loaned him out to Vitesse. At around that Time a Chelsea Representative (cant remember his Name) was Guest on eurosport.co.uk, where People could ask him Questions about the Club and Football in general. So i joined and asked him how Chelsea could loan out/sell a potential Football Genius like Matic. His reply (Quote on Quote): "I never heard such a Question before". ... and my Reaction was like .. WTF? However, today I'm happy that Jose is back as Manager and I'm happy (but not wondering) that he brought back Matic - and he knows what he is doing. Not everyone can have an Eye for Talent.

The Problem is .. I dont see anyone who can adequately replace Matic. And I dont just mean in our Team. Because he is such natural and complete Footballer. I do agree that last 3 Games he wasnt at his absolute best. Because when he is at his absolute best, he chains attacking Opponents into Submission and creates chances by using his sublime vision. And although he scored a goal an delivered one assist in his usual nonchalant style, it was not the Matic we are used to. However, I dont think its right to make him out as the main reason every time we concede goals. I do think that Jose should try Matic and Mikel together. While Ramires does not do anything fore defence, MIkel and Matic are good in both Departments and could rotate by either combining with Fabregas in Offense ore staying back, in front of the Defense.

Great Performance by Mikel. Immediate Impact. I like that Fella. I also like the Idea of a Double-6 Pairing with Matic, because both players are both effective in defense as well as in offense.

Good and important goal .. but overall he's a huge liability ... especially in defense. Theres no way on earth i would put him on the pitch ... if fab, matic, mikel, hazard and willian are all able to play.

I said it once and i say it again ... a Matic-Mikel Pairing is not a bad Option at all. It works.

I would love to pull Mourinhos Ear for letting Ramires play. Who in his right mind would put that useless Fogger on the Pitch.

Of course Tadic is not (yet) better than Iniesta or Modric or Kroos. I would take one of those ore all of them in an instant. Paul Pogba is the better Ball Holder + Dribbler .. but he doesnt seem to be the Type of Guy whos able to tear up Holes into Defenses with good Passes. Iniesta can do that thus his Stats = 18 Assists / 35 Games Tadic plays Winger in Twente predominantly, but practically hes everywhere on the Field and can be used on every Midfield (Attacking) Position. The Guy's a #10 and cheap! The Problem is, I feel like we wont get our Hands on one of the above mentioned Three. And TBH I dont think we will get Pogba. Juventus just got Champions and are going to play CL next Season. Whos left?

Paul Pogba. 21. Juventus. 36 Games. 7 Assists. 7 Goals. 40-50 Million. I'd still rather go with Tadic. 34 Games. 14 Assists. 16 Goals. 10-12 Million. Pogba is the far better Dribbler. But the Price is Headeache.

I don't even understand why anyone would even consider bringing in Pogba. We need someone who has Playmaker Qualities. Someone who is able to carry the Game forward and able to create Space and Chances. Somone mentioned 40 Millions. .. Wtf? Are you kidding me? For what? We want to build a Team for the Future, that plays well-rehearsed Football. For that we need the right Players in the right Positions and not just any Player who happens to have one ore two good Skills.

If we can't get Kroos maybe we shoudl go for Tadic of Twente. He plays the Role of a typical #10 and is one of the best Players in the Dutch League. But who ... The only one that comes to mind is Modric. But Madrid wont sell him.

I'd proably agree with Laudrup .. but not with R10.

Of course he showed some elegance in his Body Motion but mostly when he (as someone mentioned previously) tried to control a ball that he just received. High Passes for example. So of course he showed lovely Elegance and Finesse there - Although I seriousy doubt that he controlled the Ball to the Spot he wanted it to be. No one can do that every Time. But when you are a Fan of a specific Player (not just necessarily Zidane), its easy to fall for such superlatives. However it appeared to me that once he had one ore more Opponents around him, things became very Different. Getting past them even harder. His best Option was mostly a quick Pass to the nearest Temmate. You cant expect a Player with no explosiveness and a donnish waist to Outfake and get past a Player or even several Ones and at the same Time keeping an Eye on your Team Players. Thats why he often looked ardous trying - even when he was in Movement towards goal already. Zidane was a great Player, a great Ballholder and a very good Playmaker. But he was a Player of Moments. Not a Player of Dominance. In way to many Matches one would see a dull performance for most of the time. After all - everything needed to take out Zidane in the CL Final 1997 was a unlikely Paul Lambert taking care of him. And Borussia took it home 3:1. The Genius Players I saw were Pele, Maradona, Savicevic and R9 and now Messi. Them 5 were the only ones whose Teams (except Pele, obviously) i watched, only to see those Guys play without the slightest interest for the Teams they played for or their Match Results. With those Players it was like going to a Circus and paying Entrance only to be entertained by the 15 Minutes Magicians Show and leaving afterwards. Except they didnt pull Rabbits out of Hats but unbelievable Passes, Runs, Goals and Combinations of the Three continously.
