  1. Really? Anyway it's been ok, not bad at all imo, just hard to get through. I still think we'll win it, we look like cutting through them. Just wish Torres would remember how to shoot.
  2. Absolutely, when you predict draws and teams that are not odds on, the odds fly. It was 3800/1 and yes, i was 2 goals away basically. Won my tenner back today lol easiest bet i've ever won. If you don't believe me, check this out. Just done it 2 mins ago. 10 games, £10. 4000/1
  3. Play Hazard up front with Mata behind and Marin and Moses out wide. Stoke won't have a clue what to do. Again, it's 100% impossible that is gonna happen.
  4. So maybe swap Luiz and Ivanovic. I reckon he'd make a pretty good RB. The worst position for him is CB and that's his position, shocking.
  5. Than after the shot he thought he was Torres.
  6. Should made a new thread for this really as it might get hidden but anyway you've been a good member and made a big impact, i'm sure this place will miss you but good luck in whatever path you are taking.
  7. Anyone currently free? We need someone now not in Jan. Imo we should've got Saha or Fletcher, they would've obviously chose us over Sunderland. We certainly missed the boat with all this trust for the biggest flop of all time. We need to get someone, i just hope the Falcao rumour is true (unlikely) and we have a plan. If we don't get a striker scoring 20 goals, we can kiss UCL qualification goodbye.
  8. No because that's exactly where he should be.
  9. We're a striker away from being title contenders. This deal is a no brainer for me, great in the air too and at pens, tap-ins and beauties. He can pretty much score from most scenarios and he's in the best form of his life, the exact opposite of our number 9. Still got like 4 months though.... pointless thinking about it. We'll be 6th by that time thanks to Nando's inevitable contribution.
  10. Won't be long until you do, they've already crossed the north/south divide, seen a few down here in pubs n stuff. They'll be crossing borders soon.
  11. He's got a hamstring injury apparently. http://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/fantasy-football-injuries/
  12. Unless he heals like Marko Marin in which case we're looking at Christmas.
  13. Maybe because someone doesn't find all the boring sarcastic wastes of posts funny. The thread is obviously going to be about how we can beat Stoke without the 'score more goals than them' crap.
  14. And there were 2 penalties he shoulda won so could have more assists. He does dive and this is why he wont get some. The one yesterday imo was a pen because there is contact, he's nibbling away at him and the one against QPR was definite too but he's gonna get the Ashley young treatment soon.
  15. But the talking about formations and who plays are the way to win. You don't just win by default. A team has to be picked, a formation has to be used and someone needs to score the goal(s) to win the game. I'd say there's more chance Moses will be more dangerous as a RM than Ramires and Sturridge has more chance of scoring than Torres. I also hope Marin is gonna be back, injury prone already, no wonder his career has hit the buffers. He was 'a doubt' for the Community Shield... doe's this guy not heal? I would absolutely love to see Marin and Moses start with Hazard in the middle and Sturridge up front. I know there's approximately 0% chance of it happening though.
  16. Can't believe 3 womens matches screwed me out of £50! I thought 1/16 is pretty fucking dead cert, never NEVER NEVER betting on womens football again or MLS. Got screwed by Portland Timbers finally getting a decent result. Onto the next one...
  17. I'm gonna now go n get those patches done now i've seen how the kit will look. Glad i picked the right shirt too... NO STAR.
  18. To be honest, what i've seen so far leads me to the "no" option. He still thinks we're paying well and he thinks Ramires, Lampard, Mikel, Luiz and Torres warrant keeping their places in the team. That is more than worrying. It's only a matter of time until we get smashed again by a decent team Atletico Madrid style. It wont happen against Stoke but then we go to Arsenal... that scares me.
  19. that's true i suppose, it's always easier on TV and on FIFA lol. Torres maybe shoulda called and been more vocal, seeing it again it would've been hard for Mata to see him in truth.
  20. Basically this is a plea to Robbie to say "To hell with your shit fucking 4-2-3-1 and playing Ramires RW and Lampard with Mikel. Moses should play and Ramires should go back into a midfield 3 in a basic 4-3-3 formation!!". You just want him to read it don't ya lol. If i'm a manager i'd stick to my principles always. We all think we can do a better job.
  21. Or he goes back to Liverpool. Maybe we should offer him back on loan and get Borini back in a swap who they're using horribly out of position to accommodate that Uruguayan cunt.
  22. Obviously it's a game we must win, at home against a mid-table team. I just hope Robbie shows some balls and starts Sturridge and Moses. Ramires and Torres have done nothing to warrant staying in the team. without a 20 goal striker, we can say hello to 6th again.
  23. He was shit yesterday again but there's fine lines sometimes. If Mata squares the ball to him instead of going for goal himself, we win the game and Torres gets his goal and the match winner and this thread would still maybe be on only 318 pages... Juve defended well though, every time he had the ball, 2 or 3 were on him quick time. He needs to make better and more frequent runs and he also needs to shoot more. It's not all his fault though. Sturridge must start against Stoke.
