  1. I love Defoe, he's such a good striker for me, he should've been England's main striker for the last 10 years. There should be more goals for him in this game, it's been so 1 sided.
  2. I'd be extremely pissed off but i was pissed off with the line up against QPR anyway. I'm only satisfied because we didn't lose. If we had lost i woulda been fuming, i still don't like the way we're playing, especially in the away games. We still should've won the game tho and again, i'll say it. 3 wins and a draw is ok for me, i can't be upset at that.
  3. So basically you're just saying we have a god-given right to beat any team, any time who are not in the top 6. Fact is you can't play well every game and yesterday's match wasn't a football match, it was a battle against a team who hate us and a team desperate to stop a bad run. We're not robots, sometimes we'll play shit, sometimes we'll play well. We won't win every game and we certainly wont be unbeaten, we'll lose at least 5-7 games this season most probably so when we are playing shit like yesterday, it's vital to just get out of there with another point on the board. Why would i be pissed off? We're top and i will say it again, we're top and we're unbeaten and we have a very winnable game next weekend too home to Stoke which i believe we'll win. Nobody has a god given right to win any game tho, especially not in the league. In the FA Cup at home to say.... Bury or Rotherham, probably but not away to QPR in the league. That said.... We should of had 2 penalties and Hazard missed 2 very big chances. We still could've and probably should've won the game.
  4. The over reaction here is actually quite mad. We were pretty shit granted but we didn't lose. Good teams can come through these types of games and i'd say we came through it. After 4 games, we're top. Everyone has dropped points, just because QPR aren't a top 6 team doesn't mean we'll automatically beat them and the other 14 teams home and away, it doesn't work like that. The more we play shit, the more chance something will have to eventually change. Surely the most important thing is that we are still top, unbeaten and have kept 3 clean sheets in 4 games. why don't you forget the negatives and look at the positives for a change. Arsenal have dropped points at home to Sunderland for example, Man Utd and MAn City were both shit against Southampton, Tottenham have dropped points at home to Norwich and WBA and haven't even won yet and fuck me look at Liverpool. Wake up. Alex... 10 points from 12 games? Really, really? lol.
  5. Basically the league is already over. Glad for Sevilla anyway, bout time they started establishing themselves again. Barcelona won 4-1 at a place Real Madrid lost. They're coasting it.
  6. He did more in 15 minutes than Ramires has done all season so far, looked excellent in the brief showing and showed a real sense of directness. Really impressed. And guys... don't take this Barca stuff badly, he has high targets. I'd love him to play for Barcelona in the future because that would mean he's been brilliant for us and we made a great profit. I'm excited to see him start against Stoke with Sturridge up front. Please Robbie, make it happen!!
  7. So Liverpool have Man Utd next an home Arsenal have Man City away then us at the Emirates On the same evening when we go to Arsenal, Man Utd play Tottenham. Be interesting to see the league table on Sunday, 30th September.
  8. He played LM in a 4-4-2. Still lost tho lol.
  9. It's ok to say we need to be ruthless and clinical but it's not easy to just do it, they are a decent team who have had some tough games. This is QPR's biggest game of the season and this whole racism issue has made it more than a game. Not many teams will have an easy game against QPR away this season, Swansea was just one of those things that can happen, it doesn't mean they will be that shit every week. Everyone will drop points, at least whether we've been shit or not, we're getting points and that's all that matters. Being top will give us something to hold on to and some confidence. What we just saw was a battle, not a football match. We didn't cave in and got a well earned point from it. At least we showed passion and courage to not lose the game.
  10. Come on, QPR have a better team too and we've changed a hell of a lot, it's not fifa where 5* Chelsea will whip QPR because they are like 4* and shitter. This is real life, the players need to settle and get used to each other and the formation and of course the English premiership. . We're top of the league, unbeaten and no matter what spin you put on it, i'm perfectly fine sitting here with 10 points from 4 games.
  11. Both teams could've won though tbh, they had chances too so i don't wanna be too biased and say we should've won. If our players had all played together for 3 years, i'd be pissed off but i'm a realist. We won't be winning much in the next year or 2 but in 3-4 years i'm gonna be really pushing for us to win every game because we should be settled by then. Now, i'm not so sure.
  12. We're top of the league, unbeaten, scored 8, conceded 2 with 3 clean sheets. I'm just nervous against the big teams, i fear we'll get hammered by Arsenal in a couple of weeks because of how they play. I'm not gonna answer the question, though because it's too early but Ramires and Bertrand as the 2 wingers are a big no no.
  13. I'm not gonna go n bash Lampard because i've got too much respect for him than that. I'm gonna just speak on today and yes, he was slow and off the pace and struggling but he still battled away and we got a good point. I see today as a good point, another point better off than last season as we lost there. Wigan (A) = Last season 1-1, this season 2-0 Newcastle (H) = Last season 0-2, this season 2-0 QPR (A) = Last season 0-1, this season 0-0. 6 points better off and good cameo's from Moses and Sturridge. We now move on. It's a good point.
  14. I'm satisfied if i'm honest. It was a tough game that we could've lost and we're still unbeaten with 3 clean sheets. I'm happy that game's over and done with. Not unhappy at all. We're a team with new players like them and we still haven't quite got to grips with each other yet. The last 20 mins wasn't bad. Sturridge and Moses were excellent when they came on, they have to start against Stoke. Lampard needs to be rested, he was so off the pace today. All in all, not over the moon but satisfied.
  15. Thank christ that half is over, they're battling us instead of really playing football and we're struggling with it. The only penalty i woulda given was the one on JT from Nelson but we aint gonna get a pen 4 games in a row. Hazard is a bit of a diver, his reputation will grow the more he gets known. Not comfortable viewing if i'm honest, i'd probably take a draw now and get this shot over with and move on. At least they're having trouble with injuries which is nice. PLEASE get Ramires and Bertrand off for Moses and Strurridge. Please!
  16. No ties too lol. HANSHAKES UP NEXT!! Anton is a fucking ponce, grow up cunt. Failed to shake with JT and Ash, this could get tasty as fuck!!
  17. Pathetic looking team, i think we could get done today. QPR's team is all thrown together tho so they won't have gelled yet. We'll see how it goes but i'm not confident at all.
  18. Awful Norwich team, going down for sure. They have no clinical edge about them at all and the good sides will expose them. That's my bet gone already lol, wanky yid striker.
  19. There is a betting thread ya know I did all 10 prem games, £10, returns of around £38,000 ... so yeah, likely but hey anything can happen.
  20. I think Norwich will win too, could be a very enjoyable game actually.
  21. A suspension for posting the picture is enough. He just simply posted the picture that he found which was not his own work. If he had said some shit personally about the tragedy, i'd accept his ban but i find it hard to comprehend banning a good member because he posted a picture. There have been pictures of similar taste posted about other teams i'm sure. I'm saying this because i genuinely believe Caps ban is not just over the top but extremely harsh.
  22. Justin was a bit of a knob anyway tbf. Still think Cap should be let off tho. I dont want some people to get treated better but Cap is a genuine good member and is worth keeping.
  23. Before getting humped by Fulham 4-1 in the Europa League. They are better now tho and of course both games will be tough. If anyone really thinks both games will be easy, they don't know much about football. You saw what Napoli done to us, Juve are better than Napoli.
  24. Well Jagielka and Lescott were both hopelessly shit against Ukraine and Baines wasn't much better at LB so there's a good chance he'll come back in soon. He chose Jagielka because he has played with Baines and Lescott at Everton so there's more of an understanding. When Terry and Cole are back, Cahill will be back and instead of an Everton trio (i know Lescott now plays for Man City), it will be a Chelsea trio.
