Champions League winner 2012 Premier League Relegation 2013

I don't think you should be able to be nominated for young player as well as the player of the season. Hazard, Bale are in both categories i think. I'd give young player to Benteke and the main award to Van Pussy but i reckon Bale could get both. I'd say young player for Bale and main award for RVP.

Also our goal difference over Yids is 16 better so it's basically a 4 point lead over Them.

We could do with Villa winning tomorrow to ease them a bit more above Wigan. Anyway, why should we be scared? We're Chelsea after all, those teams really do not wanna face us in the run in. We aint QPR with that run in to stay up for example. We're better than Tottenham, Everton and Villa. We should just get on with it and do the fucking job. The finishing post is in sight and we're in a pretty good position. I'm assuming Rafa only made one change because Mata, Hazard, Luiz and maybe 1 or 2 more wont play on Thursday. If we beat Tottenham, i think we'll get top 4, we could probably afford to lose at Old Trafford provided we win the other 3 games. Yid's n Arse's games aren't exactly that straight forward.

Mata, Hazard, Luiz for me.

Not a perfect weekend because they coulda both lost but a very good weekend nonetheless. Still as nervous as someone awaiting the death penalty but it's looking ok. Now for 2 epically big games. Glad we're third.
-
What has happened to Antonio Valencia? He's actually awful now. And yep, RVP needs the 'just for men' treatment. Man Utd have dominated this game, you watch Arsenal get a dodgy pen or something and nick it.
-
Sagna has to be off, that's the most obvious yellow card i've ever seen. Arsenal are getting all the luck lately, they'll win this, i can smell it.
-
Hazard was exceptional again but i give Lampard the MOTM as it was him who supplied the tempo and the goals, therefore he was the main reason we won the game. I love Hazard though, what a stunning player, player of the year 2014? Huge chance.
-
Come on United. Well, at least they're playing, unlike Swansea lol.
-
Will we need to finish third to qualify for the UCL?

Damn, i was hoping for us to come 3rd and Arsenal go into the UEL with Tottenham!! How awesome would that be. Still, it is good in a way that those arent the rules yet but if City and Arsenal keep letting the side down (which i still hope they do) it will happen. Serie A is awful though now, we'll never go below them again. If anything the gap will get bigger. -
We play some great football at times but i wish we'd kill these games off. Even in the 90th minute i was nervous after what happened against Reading. We really do have to see games off easier, we're lucky Swansea are on holiday. They didn't really threaten but we missed so many chances i was getting really frustrated. Massive win nonetheless.

Perfect half, Swansea are clearly on holiday but i do fear a 2nd half fightback as Laudrup will go mental at H/T they've been absolutely awful. Very strong advantage, Lampard's introduction has changed the tempo. 2 more Franky boy, GET IN!
-
Last time we beat them Torres got sent off.
-
Watching our 3 games this season so far against them, i'll be happy if we actually score.

They say things happen when you least expect it. We should've won 3 UCL's by the time we actually did (AT LEAST!!) and indeed i too gave up hope as many here did i think, it was a jynx we were never going to win it. That's what was so ironic about how we won it. After deserving to have won it in previous years, being desperately unlucky and having absolutely nothing go our way, we did the absolute opposite to win it undeservedly with everything going our way. I think we won it the perfect way because of the past, it let us erase the pain of the past by correcting all the wrongs all in that 1 extraordinary campaign. When people say we were lucky and fluked it, they just don't remember the other side of the coin. TC meet up for our next UCL final

I don't think he's a big game player if i'm honest. He bullies the small teams but in big games he get's outdone because he's a bit of a one trick pony. He did play well against Barca though i must admit but since the UCL final and then the Euro's, his self confidence seems to have taken a battering which can be understood of course but those few months certainly took a lot out of him. Hopefully that performance against Barcelona is the catalyst for him to return to top form. An in form Robben with Hazard and Mata behind Falcao = a word bigger than the dictionary has to offer. Anyway i can't see it.

I got up on May 20th obviously very hung hung over with a few bruises and went straight to Stamford Bridge for the parade and drunk all day again, that really was some weekend. Really hope for another like it soon, will hopefully do a mini version if we win the UEL. Would never have thought back in the day that we'd be on the verge of winning every European trophy after winning every domestic honour. Must admit though, the Club World Cup still hurts a lot, that's the one thing missing but then again at least it gives us something to aim for. I can see us winning the UCL again soon, just need to get over the line for top 4 this season and carry on building. It may take another 3 years but it will happen.
-
We've already won as many games as we did the whole of last season with only 2 points less. Damn last season really was quite bad wasn't it.
-
Took me all day to write it ... But thanks
-
This is his debut full season, he's still pretty raw and young. I must admit i wasn't expecting him to be this good already. I reckon 1 more year with WBA and then bring him in. He's close but still not there yet. He needs to play games every week.
-
He's obviously doing a Brendan Rodgers impersonation.
-
The only way he would join PSG would be simply because he hasn't won the French league and cup for his collection. It depends literally on how he see's his career. Does he see it as... "Meh, i'll settle down now" Or "Ok, i've got the English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian set of trophies.... What next?" I do think he's coming back now though. There's been speculation before but nothing on a scale of these last few months and there's hardly any "No he's not coming back" stuff, it's been pretty one way hasn't it. It would be an incredible day if it happens. If Alex Ferguson thinks he's coming back too as well as all the names and sources mentioned above, there's definitely something going on, 100%. Anyway i bet £10 with some Algerian guy that he won't come back just so i'd be happy to lose. Gotta stop doing that.

Coutinho has been better than Oscar in recent weeks but that doesn't mean he is and will be a better player. Anyway who cares? Everyone has spells of greatness and everyone has spells or rubbish, i'm surprised this is even a discussion, you guys must be so bored.
