Yeah, let's just go n get Mourinho back, Ronaldo, Rooney and Wilshere. Sure it wont cost too much or cause many headlines.

As soon as Watson scored i shouted across the table "SACKED IN THE MORNING!!" Regardless if he goes today, tomorrow or next week, he will get sacked for sure. Was obvious after yesterdays defeat and the lack of public backing. Shame though, they might finally get someone who knows how to talk properly and be a good manager who can do well again. Suppose Jose rumours will start again.

Nice to know there are some ppl who hate Arsenal like i do, not as much obviously but you know, all good. Might start my own anti Arsenal club or anti supporters trust lol. Mon you Yids, glad they got that point against us now.

The dream is still on thanks to ex gooner boy get in Adeb-Eyore.

I can't believe it happened again. The same as Brentford vs Doncaster, Leicester missed a pen to go to Wembley, the keeper saved it, saved the rebound and then Watford score with seconds. And guess what.... It was the same referee!!!! Football is mad, it's mad. Expect the unexpected. You look at how City won the League, to how Dortmund beat Malaga, Brentford vs Doncaster and now this. NOTHING compares to football, nothing. Anyone who's not interested in football is missing out more than they'll ever know. Yes, having a very easy relaxing life lol but missing out on an incredible thing. My god. WOW!!

Tottenham did well in the UCL last time in their debut season. Arsenal disgrace football. Target UCL only every year yet in what is it....16 years? They've made 1 final and maybe 2 semi's? Arsenal don't deserve to play UCL football. That being said if they had won it in 2006, i woulda stabbed myself to death (or found a more efficient way).

First game of the day, Watford vs Leicester kicks off now. I love football.

The FA Cup also ended Mancini's reign i feel, there's no way he'll survive that. Expect him to be sacked after the final game in a way Carlo was sacked by us. Also Callum McManaman will be a future England star. I guarantee he'll be at a top club soon, i reckon he has more potential than Moses. Not sure if he'll come down south but he was released by Everton as a youngster, i reckon he'll go back or to Liverpool or Man Utd. Very good player, like him a lot.

Think the post at the bottom of this page deserves a like. http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/16042-aston-villa-v-chelsea/page-9

When we were coming into power, winning trophies and challenging the league title, we never let a final like this slip us by. Ok admittedly Portsmouth did nearly do us in 2010 missing a pen at 0-0 but the game was so different. We hit the woodwork an unprecedented 6 times with Kalou showing us his true level of competence. We got the job done. Man City losing yesterday was a fantastic thing for us and a horrendous mess up for them. Well done to Wigan though, deserved their win and it's great to see fans like the one pictured above having their moment of success, everyone deserves some. And now onto today, i was hoping to avoid the Man Utd match like the plague but as it's the only match on at the time, i wont be able to sadly. Fergie is a great whatever but his farewell shit can fuck off. I'll probably watch countryfile or something and the voice after the match is over. I want Tottenham to win now, we want Arsenal to come 5th, yes we do, don't anyone deny me of my dream! 'Mon the yids and Wigan on Tues, YES!

Hamstring is hamstring. Let alone 3 days, he'll be out for 3 weeks. Even a tight hamstring (whatever the fuck that even means) keeps players out these days. Messi tried his best to deal with his and just couldn't do it. As Term said, no point waiting for news. It's still a proper final for me though because no other English team have won the full European set. I just like to brag about shit like that.

There was always a feeling that his record breaking goal, if it came, would be a goal of huge significance. Where it may not have been a goal to win a trophy, it's as good as. A last minute winner to secure a place in the UCL for next season at our biggest bogey ground. Take a bow, what a player, what a record and most importantly, what a man. The greatest Chelsea player ever without any doubt in my opinion. True greats step up to the mark when they're most needed. Frank Lampard is that man. An absolute true sporting great. I'll miss him immensely when he leaves but can be so proud of what he's done for us. Only gutted about the club world cup. What a career though, stunning. 203 and still not out.

The defeat must go down as the cruelest and most hurtful in their history. Don't know if it will help us though because it should have the opposite effect. They'll be so up for weds now so i'd be very wary. Also i think Cahill should play because Cordozo isn't the quickest. He's very good and dangerous around the box and even from long range, he has exceptional shot power but he's not someone who's gonna burst past players or through a defence like Messi or Aguero etc (or Benteke....). This is gonna be a very hard game, especially with Eden missing. I can see another peno shootout
-
Will be a huge miss on Weds, he just makes things happen out of nothing and a game like this is what he deserves, especially as he's been so instrumental in the run. We do have players to step in and do a good job though. I hope Moses plays a lot better than he did yesterday. In a big game against a good team i doubt it though.
-
I think he deserves a lot of credit because one way or another he has guided us to the UCL and considering the run of games that we've had to play, we've navigated through it by hook or by crook, we have done. Also the amount of games he's given Lampard to break the record is commendable. He's played him in the right games and kept him fresh. Under AVB it seemed like Lampard's Chelsea career would just peter out and end in unspectacular fashion but Benitez has used him well and has got him playing well. If we do end 3rd and win on weds i will be very appreciative of the job Rafa has done.

Was as incredible game. At half time i had given up a bit because our football was slow and we weren't creating anything. Along with being 1-0 down and down to 10 men i didn't see any hope. The first 10 minutes of the 2nd half made me give up completely though because we just weren't in it against 11 men, we just couldn't get anything going at all and if anything they were gonna score more and maybe win comfortably. Benteke cost Villa big time. When he was sent off we seemed to get a burst of adrenaline and took over, i feel we would've lost if he had stayed on so i guess we can thank him for Lampards record. It was a great fightback anyway. Hazard got more involved and suddenly we were looking dangerous. What a finale, absolutely stunning. Both goals were very different but typical Lampard and shows just how many qualities he possesses. I was so happy at full time, probably more happy than i was after the Man Utd game because we just looked so out of it. Then for Lampard to break the record and qualify us into next seasons UCL in those circumstances was just a thing of absolute beauty. I don't know why but even with only 3 games left there was the sense that he would break the record even if it seemed very unlikely with the amount of games left and his future in doubt. I was buzzing for the rest of the day, so hyped, even now. Also Villa Park is a huge bogey ground for us, not just against Villa but i still remember an FA Cup Semi there in 1996 and this seasons Community Shield defeat. Yesterday was a massive win in such adversity. Awesome pride at full time.

Pointless. Obviously not up for it so it's all on the line against Everton now. This game is over already. No creativity, 10 men, 1 down, playing like they don't wanna be there so might as well write this off. Ramires was fucking useless anyway as has Moses been. We saw the best of Chelsea at home against them, we're now seeing the worst. That being said, nothing has really bounced our way. Roll on Weds.
-
I don't remember the last Chelsea match i got ready to watch without being nervous as hell. Every match has had so much riding on it. These last 3 will be the same too.
-
I've got a soft spot for Villa i must say, the way they came back from the 8-0 by us, then 4-0 by yids, 3-0 Wigan and the League Cup semi with Bradford with such a young inexperienced squad is so impressive. I don't say this about other teams but if we lose, i'll be extremely unhappy of course but i'll be genuinely pleased for Villa. They have a great future with those players and i hope they stay up and move forward next season. Want us to win sooooo much though. I'm sure Villa will survive regardless of what happens today.
-
We always start the season well and finish the season well. This will be a very open game i feel, there could be a lot of goals. Villa's defence is a bit dodgy so i just hope ours stays strong.
-
Can't wait to get the shirt on Tuesday, glad it's been brought forward.
-
That's the exact team i wanted to see. Lets do this.
-
Last prem defeat? Last red card? Only home opponent not scored against all season? Let's see after these last 2 games, you can improve that picture.
-
Wow, that was a quick appointment, straight away the Jose rumours have been splattered! For a while is was Manchester red and London red dominating the top 2 places. I'm not underestimating Moyes but it's an opportunity for the blues to seize power and rule the premiership. Kinda hoping Moyes does ok though just so we don't keep hearing "If Fergie was here" blah, blah, blah. Man Utd isn't as attractive now though as it once was. Even Rooney wants out, Ronaldo wont go back and most of their players are nearing the end. Ferdinand, Vidic, Giggs, Scholes, RVP, Evra. Hopefully under a new manager we will see these players for what they truly are.
-
We do need to though, the problem is that our reserve players are nowhere near the same level as the starting guys. We can't afford to lose another final therefore cannot afford to be going into it below 100%. Beat Benfica and Everton and the Villa game doesn't matter and i also believe any team we put out is as good as theirs, even with Benayoun, Moses and Marin (Has he disappeared again?), Ba, Terry, Lampard. It can beat Villa (i said that about Southampton too...)
