straight red is 3, 2 yellows is 1. I'm confused as fuck anyway. They obviously dont like to be proved wrong so if they reduce the bans then it's like the easy things to do. They clearly dont like recinding reds do they because it would make their referee's look bad getting proved wrong. Weird.

All we want is a player that wants to play for the team. If he wants to play in spain, he can piss off as far as i'm concerned. I don't want players who say that. And £20m? ok i admit he destroyed England at wembley but we dont need a central midfielder do we?
-
genius. In his first season for us he was just shear class and i couldnt believe i was watching this kind of player playing for my team. He scored some absolute stunning goals and was rightly voted pfa player of the year. From that season he just seemed to get better. Greatest foreigner ever to grace the premiership. God, Genius, Legend, Master. I was at the game vs Zaragoza in 2004 for his tribute match, ive never heard anything like it.

The Cost Of Injury, Suspension And International Games
Ollie replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Matthew Harding Stand
well he hasnt gone into any tackles since the one against west ham that got him booked lol. hes just been walking about watching the players around him play football. Maybe one day he'll join in. -
it surprises me how much arsenal struggle against pompey. Benjani defo shouldve done better but went the wrong way and over-hit it (apart from that he did well) 7 Points is big enough if we had a fully fit squad and a decent manager, but in all seriousness, 7 points with our current situation might aswell be 12 points. As long as Arsenal don't win it, i'll be satisfied. I just can't stand them. I was so happy when Gallas and Rosicky missed 2 easy chances near the end. Only Arsenal can create chances after one of their players scuffs a shot and somehow puts someone else through on goal.
-
Grant cant defend him after that, its was stupid. i dont even know why he went to ground, the ball was close enough to carvalho for him to win it normally. He went in like that to wipe out the ball and kill the player, but he went in like a complete idiot.
-
a few weeks out for lamps now too, blimey, looking great this aint it. Well Ballack was excellent yesterday in his place so we need him to carry that on. If there is a god, he defo aint a blue, this is getting beyond rediculous. Terry, Drogba, Lampard? I mean you couldn't hand pick 3 worse injuries than them.
-
Newcastle have good players, but as a team they are fucking hopeless. Derby almost done them at st james' and wigan beat them yesterday after they put in another miserable performance. They are shite. Even with 10 injuries, we'll probably do em.

The Cost Of Injury, Suspension And International Games
Ollie replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Matthew Harding Stand
The Cost Of Injury, Suspension And International Games = No Premiership Trophy. Least we have others to play for. Have a good chance of retaining the carling cup as theres only 2 games to go (well 3), FA Cup aint started yet so hopefully we can get more crap teams like we did last season till the quarters/semi's, and the UCL is ages away so we have a good chance of getting a fully fit squad back in time for that. Prem has gone tho, we'll drop a lot more points yet i fear. -
well it didn't hit the arm so it must be recinded unless the idiots see the same as what the lino apparently saw. Anyway i don't really care about the red card, its the award of the penalty that really pisses me off. Fucking linesman just guess everything. And Martin o'neil says the officials decisions went against villa? Hes a wanker that guy, always thought so and wont change my mind. Our pen looked pretty fucking blatant to me. What over decisions did we wrongly get? fucking prick....the his team get out of jail thanks to a blatant linesmans guess.....yeah ok.

it looks cute but snow and christmas means nothing together anymore. The new Xmas tradition should be rain lol.

no longer a fortress lol, 4 years unbeaten and its not a fortress, i'd love to see what is a fortress.
-
lol i just finish writting a post and its like 6 posts back on a different page. errrr pointless me even writting it, what a waste of 5 mins. Ben Haim and Alex will be ok, they are center backs, they know what to do (well i hope so anyway). We have fulham away next, they just got spanked 5-1 by yids so they should worry about their defence more than we should worry about ours.
-
you just gotta hold your hands up and say what a fucking game. There's no Drogba, no Terry, no Lampard for an hour, a half injured petr cech, 2-0 down with a few mins to go till half time, we showed great character to come back. Ok i admit, the red card for zat fulham scummer helped and that gave us a major boost. Without that decision of the pen and the red card, we wouldve probably lost this game so some of you need to calm down lol, your acting like 10 year olds. The red cards all were harsh in ways but perhaps justified. Knight was sent off only because of this last man thing, Riccy was sent off because he unnecessarily went over the top when the ball was clearly within reach of him anyway and the ashley cole red was for stopping the ball going in with his hand. I didnt see a replay of ashley's handball, did he handball it? Anyway it was a brilliant game, both teams deserve credit. Shame we couldn't hold on obviously but it couldve been worse aswell as better in all honesty. Home record still in tact. Oh and Sheva looked awesome today, his 2nd goal was absolute class.
-
this is fucking insane
-
i have a awful feeling about this game, i think our unbeaten home record is under threat. I hope my instincts are wrong but theres just something about this game that doesnt feel right for me.
-
its gonna be a very hard game, they have been awful lately but its only a matter of time before they turn it around because i think they're a pretty decent team. They do well against the big teams and i think it could be tough. We have found it hard to score lately and without drogba still, it kind of evens it up a bit. We always struggle against them. Can't see far beyond a 1-0 result by lamps' 100th Chelsea goal.
-
its good to see the fans are always behind him and i'm pleased with the way he's been playing lately. He hasn't scored a huge amount of goals, but playing on his own i think he did a good job vs arsenal and liverpool. Was really pleased he scored against liverpool the other night. Made my night.
-
Awesome draw, fucking love it. Arsenal v AC Milan (Come on Milan!!), Lyon v the mancs (Come on Lyon!!) and Bin Dippers v Inter (Come on Inter!!). There is a real possibility that the red scum of England could go out in this round and i would absolutely love it if they do. Chelsea vs Olympiakos should be a foregone conclusion, well.....it is. Damn, this is looking goooood

Lampard Eager To Join The 100 Club At Chelsea
Ollie replied to Aesthetic Relic's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
everyone on sky were going mad about giggs getting 100 goals for man utd, but lampard has done it in half the time. For a midfielder to get to 100 goals for a team is incredible, but in 6 and a half years, unbelievable achievement. He'll get it soon, he doesnt usually hang about. Frank Lampard = LEGEND! -
he looked very good when he came on today i think. Looked confident and happy to get back. I know it was only a brief spell on the pitch but he looked decent.
-
i think thats actually the toughest draw we could get. Goodison away 2nd leg, everton will be desperate to win this trophy, this is gonna be very difficult.
-
Not the best game for an hour but deservedly went ahead, when crouch got sent off for that moment of insanity it was a walk in the park. So pleased Sheva scored, he deserved that so much after the amount of work he put in in the last 2 games, again playing on his own which he doesnt like. sooooo bruno cheyrou is still the last liverpool player to score at the bridge lol. Mikel and kalou were once again hopeless, just lucky it was evened out as sissoko and that brazilian geezer (forget the name, mustve been shit) were equally as cack. Roll on the draw in under 10 mins.
-
why lampard takes free kicks is beyond me, mikel has started off like a pedestrian. He's been caught twice and aint even breaking sweat.
