Obviously this thread will be on fire now lol but fuck me what a performance from him. This is Torres, this is what everyone knows of him, this is not just his best Chelsea performance but one of his all time best. Ok... so it's against Leicester but they are not a bad side at all. I know some of you people will put a downer on it but this is a great day for Torres and all of the fans who get behind him.

Great attacking display except for Sturridge being the greediest of greedy cunts all game. Was a shame Leicester scored 2 but our matches with them are always kinda exciting lol. Torres was unbelievable, ran at defenders, showed a great touch and showed he still has his pace and his scoring touch is finally back which is awesome and even had 2 assists ffs what more can you do in a match? Absolutely immense. A really good day and WEMBERLEEEE here we come again!!

Ok so Romeu and Lukaku are not there again, really, really annoying. Does Romeu have twitter or any form of communication? I'd love to know where he is. He was great earlier in the campaign.

The Messi goal was just stupidly good. What can anyone say about this guy? He makes everything look so easy, even the stuff that is ridiculously difficult. To flick the ball over the keeper with so much loft and dip from that distance from the keeper takes some doing that is for sure, oh and he set it up by nutmegging the defender horribly, poor lad. Didn't Benfica lose 4 in a row before scraping past Zenit? Benfica are a good team but they can be got at defensively and concede goals. We need to go for an away goal or 2 and go for the throat.

Actually it's supposed to be a diamond with Romeu holding, Kalou behind the strikers and Meireles with Malouda together in the middle. Malouda and Kalou could obviously swap tho. Fixture congestion is madness, we need to rest a lot of players imo and take the chance.

No game is easy when it's a quarter final, Benfica, Apoel, Barca or Leicester. Cup games are so different to league games. I went to the quarter final in 2008 against Fenerbahce and you could feel the tension although we were much the better team on paper, we scraped through so nervously 3-2 on aggregate. I really hope no one under estimates Benfica because after the season we're having, we can lose to anybody and Benfica are a very decent team. We should progress though especially with the 2nd leg being here. I reckon we can get a win out there too but i'd rather draw just so the mind is focused rather than confused what to do like Liverpool 09. Let's make history.

We actually beat them 1-0 at the bridge in 06-07. A wonderful goal by Drogs. To be honest, with the history we have with Barca, they will be wary of us too and an upset is unlikely but not impossible. Can't think of Barca too much yet because Benfica are a very decent and competent team.

Very good dominating performance by the young lads, by far the better team. Utd had their rather physical british approach and we had a like a multi national technical team, awesome stuff. Some of the football was brilliant. That Feruz looks amazing and Piazon too, very good.

Fantastic draw, we'll most likely get knocked out if we get Barca and the final is almost 100% Real vs Barca but what a run if we get to the Semi's again, it will be a success to even get to the semi's if we do indeed dispose of Benfica which we should. Torres' angle was quite tight and with his state of mind it was always gonna be a hard chance. Who actually thought he would score it? I for sure didn't but credit to him in the rest of the game for his commitment to the cause. At least he gave his all and that's all we ask for.
