I just want us to become a winning team again. We had a perfectly winnable game there, but some players somehow contrived to fuck everything up. It seems the damage Mourinho did to the club will take some serious repairing.

A half fit Hazard did more in 3 minutes than Oscar did in the entire game. He got fouled hard, but that hasn't stopped him in the past from getting up and slotting the ball into the net. Would have been a perfect opportunity for him to get his first (legitimate) goal of the season. I was very disgusted to see Oscar of all people take that penalty.

We need another central midfielder with positional awareness and decent ball skills, like Andre Gomes from Valencia. But even a guy like that will be unattainable in January, let alone most of the other ridiculous names i'm seeing in the poll. This Fabregas and Matic pivot is hopeless against any good team. With Gomes, against good teams, we'll be able to defer to him and Matic as the suitable pairing. Mikel and Ramires are two average players that must be sold in the summer.

I don't know if any other member has noticed this, but apart from being an ordinary players, this particular player has a serious tendency also to be very selfish. He likes to be the star of the show. Problem is he isn't good enough. Nowhere near. Instead of playing his role within the team and differing to superior footballers, he wants to be the star. This "me, me" behaviour is another reason to dislike him. You don't see that with Hazard who is 1000 times the player Oscar is.

Did Mourinho make Oscar our new penalty taker before he left? If Hazard was still to hurt to take the penalty, (like it's the 1st time he's done this for us) then surely, give it to Costa for his hattrick. Oscar, a donkey all game, making terrible decisions all game skies the fucking penalty to the heavens. Why was Fabregas subbed at half time at 1-1 as well? That was very very strange, and I didn't see how it helped us. Waiting an extra 8 mins to bring in Hazard after Costa's goal was also a big mistake, half fit or not. We HAD the momentum after Costa's 2nd goal. Pedro had no business coming off. Should have been Oscar. Anyway, it's early days. Guus will learn his squad, slowly but surely. Discerning betweeen the average, good, great and overrated players.

Just all so disappointing. The win was there, but we find a way to fuck it up.

Hiddink subs out Fabregas at half time for Mikel at 1-1 and leaves Hazard on the bench at 2-2 with Oscar playing poorly. This is not a very good tactical performance in his 1st game

Exactly. Emenalo is fine. Done nothing wrong and laughably being made a scapegoat in the Mourinho fallout.

They're naive and desperate. They still think the Mourinho that won the treble with Inter or the Mourinho of 2005 Chelsea is the same Mourinho of today. And they have no real clue as to his arrogance and appalling behaviour and how damaging that is to the clubs he manages. God knows the amount of chaos he'll cause if he ever went there. Right now, Mourinho doesn't deserve such a big job as the United job. What he needs now is some long overdue humility. But if their board are as foolish and short-sited as their fans, then hey, go for it.

Hmmm. I personally won't mind Pellegrini though. Premier league champion and his team's play fantastic football. One of the problems with him though is his age.
