Hiddink is completely out of sync with Chelsea. We drew at home vs United. He nearly lost us the game with his horrendous selection. If he just made the obvious selections, we most likely would have beaten what was an incredibly average United side on the the day. We dropped points vs Watford when we shouldn't have. Against Brom. Against Everton when they were murdering us. Any improvements we've made is mostly due to the Cancer being sacked. Let's face it, you don't have to be a tactical mastermind to get this team from 16th to 13th in almost 2 months. You don't leave Hazard on the bench. EVER. He's by far our best player and is a game changer. Mourinho understood that perfectly. Mikel is not better than Matic. Matic is still one of our best players and has shown his ability in the past, despite the constant digging from some people. Matic is a much better player and I don't give a shit what anybody thinks about that. Mikel and Matic is too negative and to slow. Hiddink has proven too gutless to change the fullback situation or play RLC, so I've given up on that. But he's given nothing back as compensation. One win against Arsenal, a very predictable team we generally beat doesn't mean it's some miracle elixir. The fact he repeated it vs Watford, a team that plays completely different football from Arsenal shows he isn't sure what he's doing. Mikel and Matic with Oscar on the LW was never going to work vs Watford. They battered us for 90 mins. Even Mourinho never picked Mikel and Matic against teams like Watford. The improvements so far have been very underwhelming, considering the players at his disposal. All very "meh" ish. Fucking hate his negativity and he's fucking pissing me off mightily. He's making an already unbearable season even more miserable.

Cahill has only been on for a few seconds and you blame him for Lingaard scoring THAT goal. I know you have your narrative and certain strong biases that you post by, but that's just outrageous.

He looked pretty sharp when he came on. Didn't try to force things, sensibly. But even in his little actions, the immense quality was there for all to see.

Again, still the same selections. Mourinho must have left his book of tactics in the manager's room and Guus is just reading it. I had hopes but, the man unfortunately is senile and clueless. We won't finish in the top half this season and we'll most likely get humiliated in the Champions league.

The fact that Ivanovic is still an undisputed starter at the club, I think that needs to be investigated. Something is rotten at Stamford Bridge. When he won the league last season, this same Mourniho claimed his squad were the "best and strongest" in the league. Difficult to take his words seriously, since his main priority was and still is trying to cover his arse.

Normally, when a side who came 1st last season is 16th the next season, the team needs more than just hugs and an arm around the shoulder. This team was tactically broken under Mourinho and Guus is scared to death to make any serious changes of his own.

1 shot on target and 1 shot in 45 mins. Mourinho esque. Show some balls. Sub out Mikel for Kenedy or Oscar (welp) and sub out Ivanovic for Baba and move Azpliqueta to the right. Mikel slows the pace down and makes sometimes laughably "safe" passes. Azpilicueta playing on the left is just broken now. It's insanity. I'll make these changes at half-time, but showing balls or anything different from his predecessor seems to be anathema to Guus.

Because unlike Pedro, Kenedy can come central and still be useful. It just goes to show how limiting playing Azplicueta out of position is.

The left side of our attack is completely non-existent for several games now. Unlike Hazard, Pedro can't play with Azplicueta. It's so blindingly obvious and we've now become predictable and easy to defend against.

Who is willing to bet that Kenedy starts the next game on the bench and that Pedro and Oscar start the next game despite doing nothing all game. At least hiring Rodgers as an interim would have provided some excitement. Guus is scared to death to defer too much from Mourinho's tactics which is incredibly disappointing.

Still early days, but I have to admit, I'm Disappointed. At least Rodgers would have given a lot of excitement, but this Guus is stale and boring. Still utilizing Mourinho's tactical shape and formations. Still playing under performing players. Azplicueta still out of position. Kenedy despite his goal will start on the bench in the next game. Oscar is a guaranteed starter regardless of how many games he plays like a lost child. The only change he's made is Mikel, who offers nothing when we have the ball. This team is going to get humiliated and destroyed come Champions league time if something doesn't change quickly. That pivot of Mikel and Fabregas (LOL) will get eviscerated and dissected against any good European passing team. I hope playing all the so-called "starters" against Scunthorpe was worth it. If it was up to me, all the garbage should be kicked out in the summer. Starting with Oscar, Ramires, Mikel and Ivanovic. The fact that these guys are still playing for us in 2016 shows how far we've fallen from not only Europe's best, but PL's best. Roman and the board need to take a good look at themselves. They have to shoulder a lot of blame for the predicament we find ourselves in, with their atrocious decision making and haphazard and clueless running of the club. It's just so disappointing that just a year ago, we had such a great base to build a special side, now we have to start again almost from scratch. And no one knows how much money Roman is willing to spend and the type of players we will be able to attract without CL football.

A very good player in a terrible system. He's getting crowded out running into dead ends and is getting very little support from Azplicueta and Costa. It's very difficult to play that left flank for Chelsea and Willian doesn't even swap anymore, so we rarely get to see what he can do on the right. I'm not worried about Pedro. He'll be fine under our real coach next season. Presuming the club doesn't go and fuck it up again.
