  1. The thing is you're not even willing to consider anything. For instance, you based your entire argument on blue tents. Was it ever suggested that Hamas always use tents everytime they are building rocket silos? I never claimed that and neither did the video. Instead, that's just one example of a brave journalist that captured on camera what IDF has been claiming since, and something the reporters of the MSM in Gaza don't have the balls to touch on but the truth will prevail as always. Another example was the France 24 video which was ignored. Mistranslated? Out of context? Videos of Imam's preaching genocide against Jews while backing it up from Qur'an is out of context? Or Hamas spokesmen saying their "human shield strategy is effective" is mistranslated? Please provide us with your translations then because I happen to trust MEMRI's translations very much. Then you go out of your way to say (speaking out of both sides of your mouth) "Hamas are bad, but what do you expect them to do? Gaza is densely populated anyway". We all have google earth and that's simply untrue. There are sparsely populated areas on the Gaza strip but Hamas intentionally build their rocket silos in civilian areas and then feed "dead baby porn" to the mainstream media. Fortunately, people in the USA are fully aware of this tactic Hamas uses and even leftist Europeans are waking up. Why should anyone take the word of Hamas to task on anything if even you admit they're a terrorist organisation? They have it in their charter they want to kill every last Jew and I believe them. Video evidence of Hamas placing rocket launchers in civilian areas wouldn't do for you and the Muslim guys on this thread. Why should any Muslim side with Israel (by extension, the Jews) on anything anyway, especially in favour of other Muslims. It's almost impossible and it shows on this thread and in everyday life. Direct quotes from Hamas officials won't do. It's all a grand conspiracy and the Jews are committing genocide against the Palestinians (even though their population increases year after year as I showed from the CIA database and wikipedia). What is happening is so black and white to you and you've already made up your mind. All this leads me to conclude that you just don't want to see that Hamas are chiefly responsible for civilian deaths. You don't have to respond everytime to my posts if I don't directly quote you, CHOULO. If you don't like it, just ignore it. This thread is just a huge cluster fuck of "let's bash Israel". It's only right someone shows the other side.
  2. Good! http://www.nytimes.com/2014/08/08/world/middleeast/obama-weighs-military-strikes-to-aid-trapped-iraqis-officials-say.html
  3. Yet another video from France 24 this time clearly showing rocket silos intentionally placed next to civilian areas by Hamas. How can Israel and not Hamas be held directly responsible for civilian deaths? Hamas has always and is still is killing its own people.
  4. Yes, well educated people have always been the most prominent supporters and executors of Islamic terrorism. The 9/11 plane hijackers were very well educated. The poverty excuse is plain rubbish and has been debunked many times.
  5. Moses was unfairly loaned out last season after being one of our best players in the pre-season and its safe to say his career has regressed a little spending an entire year on the subs bench for Liverpool. You could tell from his body language that he never wanted to be there. You could also tell from his performances in the world cup that he hadn't been playing regularly if at all for his club. He's a good player and he's still young. I seem to remember him being one of our best players in our Europa league run. He's also home-grown and gives us something we are quite short on. A natural right wing player with power and pace. Salah is our only natural right wing player. I watch him a lot for the national team of Nigeria. He's getting underrated here quite a bit.
  6. Don't get me wrong, I'm well aware of the history and practices of the Roman Catholic church. It's a pseudo-Christian, pagan Babylonian religion which masquerades itself as Christianity when it isn't.
  7. Roman Catholicism and Islam are by far two of the most violent and bloody religions in history of humanity. The main difference between the two is that the Catholics realized that they had erred from the teachings of Jesus and got their houses in order. They've moved on from the days of persecuting (and killing) Jews, non-Catholic Christians who they deemed heretics, and occultists i.e witches. Christians who even dared to read the Bible for themselves were deemed heretics by the Catholic Church and some were killed. But the Catholics have long since moved on. Islam on the other hand has been violent since its inception. It was never "hijacked" or corrupted, it has always been violent since its inception. Now there are peaceful Muslims who reject the violent teachings in Islam, who reject Jihad and commands in the Qur'an to fight the unbelievers and instead strive for a more peaceful, personal, moderate Islam, that's fantastic. If all Muslims accepted this brand of Islam, then the world will be a much better place. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The entire religion is in desperate need of reform. Until then however, more Islamic terrorist groups will continue to appear and more violence will continue world-wide.
  8. Why don't you read a Qur'an for yourself or read about the life of Muhammad and see if the actions of Islamic terrorists are justified or not? It's pretty obvious that they are.
  9. Caught on tape ! Hamas firing rockets from hotel. http://www.ndtv.com/article/world/ndtv-exclusive-how-hamas-assembles-and-fires-rockets-571033?pfrom=home-lateststories Why won't the Mainstream media report this?
  10. The problem for Schurrle as far as being a starter goes is that he is just not as good on the right wing as he is on the left. He can't cut in and shoot as he loves to do on the left and he just doesn't look very comfortable there, be it running at players or trying to get his shot off .I'm not convinced as others he's better on the right than say a Willian or an Oscar. His best position is definitely the left wing and that's Hazard's position. He will still play a vital part in our season though, I'm sure of that but like Henrique said, let's not jump on the World Cup bandwagon. Germany is Germany, Chelsea is Chelsea.
  11. Human shield ( "martyrs" who are lauded as heroes ) policy, straight from the horse's mouth. Is someone going to blame the "Zionists" for this as well? Also, in light of that, who really is murdering the Palestinian civilians? Hamas or Israel? Who promotes a culture of death in Gaza? Hamas. Who has turned Gaza into terrorist state after the Jews left there 9 years ago? Hamas Why does Hamas keep on firing rockets into Isreali civilian territory? From these boards, absolutely nothing. What role does Hamas have to play in the suffering of its own people? Let's just blame the Jews for defending their nation, as if any other country will put up with a terrorist organisation firing rockets into its borders. And why not. That sort of culture and mentality is widespread and actively promoted in schools and mosques in the Arab/Muslim world. Even hear in Chicago. And what are the Hamas leaders doing for their people? Nothing much but promote terror and religious bigotry. They're stinkingly rich anyway and Mashal, its leader is currently residing in Qatar, enjoying his illegally gained wealth while his fellow Palestinians suffer. No, let's not take into consideration how responsible Hamas is for the plight of the children in Gaza. Let's blame the Jews. Hamas spokesmen say themselves that they use their people as human shields and the tactic is "very effective" but lets blame Israel. And you're surprised that the "Israeli boys" have left this thread? That's why apart from the Palestinian kids who have no part in the insanity and who get caught in the cross hairs of the insane religious and political agenda of Hamas, its hard to feel sympathy for anyone else. Shame on those parents who encourage their children to give their lives as "martyrs". Shame on those preachers who promote hatred against an entire race of people they don't even know. Shame on the schools and Palestinian media that promoted hatred. These people are part of the problem and are slaves to their own leaders. Long may Israel continue to defend its people from terrorists who fill its their religious duty to kill every Jew till there is none left. (It's in Hamas' charter, the genocide of Jews). Any sane country will do the same to protect its civilians, even if it means civilian casualties on the other side occurs. This is what history shows us.
  12. A pivot of Romeu and Matic inspires more confidence than one with Mikel and Matic though, which can best be described as pointless.
  13. This is just brilliant. Nothing but the bitter, cold truth from the horse's mouth:
  14. This is the reality of Hamas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8c5KCQTkoY http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/08/01/incredible-videos-reveal-how-journalists-are-being-used-as-human-shields-by-gaza-terror-groups/
  15. I'm going to scratch this one down to fatigue. We've done a lot of travelling across Europe in the Pre-season tour so far and our boys finally felt weary in their legs. That much is clear from the very lethargic 1st half performance. Jet lag is a reality, even across European countries. It's impossible and ultimately futile to make pronouncements about formations and which player should play where and our best system and so on. Could we pass the ball better, let the ball do the running and dictate tempo despite possible fatigue, definitely yes but that's about all you can definitively say about this game tbh.
  16. Some ref blaming, believe it or not and one about Bundesliga having only "two teams", which he seems to repeat more and more nowadays.
  17. I said that on the match thread. It's on Mourinho really, regardless of how blasphemous it sounds to some. It can't be all about counter-attack and defensive organisation. It remains to be seen how he will be able to turn it around with THIS Chelsea (focus on THIS). Both in terms of combining possession-based attacking football (not counter-attacking) and winning. He's never done that before in his career. And yes, his Real Madrid team that had the la liga record for goals was largely a counter-attacking side, then teams started to "park the bus" and defend deep and all the screws fell off.
  18. I think more people are WAY more disappointed with the lack of properly defined attacking playing style than the scoreline. The scoreline is irrelevant. We still look slow and ponderous on the ball and the season starts in 2 weeks. We could barely string two passes together. The fact we didn't even test their keeper once is simply not good enough.
  19. I could care less about the scoreline. There has been absolutely no progress in the way we play despite the new signings. It's going to take time, yes, but it's very disappointing to see us play so horribly. Man Utd under van Gaal already have a clear philosophy. I'm yet to see our philosophy since Jose took over. Playing counter attack and relying on defensive organisation is not cutting it and it won't with this type of squad.
  20. Awful in every way imaginable. I know we're missing Hazard, Oscar, Willian and Schurrle but the pace of the build up is slow and lethargic. We're yet to impose our will on any of the European teams we've faced so far. Disappointing. Hopefully, Hazard starts straight from the 2nd half.
  21. As for taking his game to the next level, of course it's only going to come with time. He still managed to be voted 2nd best player in the entire league last season and was our POTY. He's 23 and I'm very pleased with the progress his made since his joined us. An important point that should be mentioned is that he's in his 6th year as a professional and has spent 4 years of that at a medium sized French club. It's widely considered that the Champions League knock-out phase is the highest level of football. Last season was only the second time he had played in the Champions League's league and only the first time he had played in the Champions League knock-out phase. And when he did, he got hurt vs PSG. Compare that to players like Messi and Ronaldo who have played for huge clubs since they were teenagers and were already making deep runs in the knock-out phase with their respective clubs. This obviously helped accelerate the development of those players. Hazard never had that and that does make a difference. So it only makes sense that his growth is more natural. With the team we have now, I'm sure he will get better this season and win the premier league POTY this time, barring Costa doesn't get injured. Hazard's laid back personality is irrelevant to his success as a footballer. More important is his work ethic and dedication to training and improving himself. Mourinho initially wanted more but when he noticed improvements, he praised him. http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/chelsea-manager-jose-mourinho-hails-work-ethic-of-ever-improving-eden-hazard-9053360.html (Read his words carefully) It's also nice to see he looks leaner than he did this time last season, so I'm expecting a quicker start to the season than last time.
