Cesc probably wants to be a starter more often than not at his supposed peak. That isn't going to happen here IMO. I would personal want him to be starting ahead of Matic myself, but result come first.

It all depends on what happens in the summer tbh. I can't see Cesc or the club turning down £25-30m (from Milan) for a bench player as of now.
