  1. Because of the fact that Villa is 29, I wouldn't even give him a second thought! We need players who are younger than him!
  2. Drogba in Malaga link http://theshedender.com/2011/06/view-from-the-shed/Drogba-in-malaga-link
  3. Monaco relegated?? they were Champions League finalists in 2003
  4. We were never first in line to get Sanchez anyway... I'd rather see us go for Juan Mata!
  5. If a loan move was on the cards, I'd loan him to Bolton. Jack Wilshere and Daniel Sturridge have both benifited from playing there, so why not Bertrand??
  6. Roma have a huge American financial backing, so they could essentially afford him if they wanted to make a bid
  7. One of the biggest teams from Argentina, River Plate could be relegated from the top division. They managed to lose 2-1 at home to Lanús. I'm actually really surprised by this. I've always seen River Plate as one of the strongest clubs in South America! Anyone know more on this?
  8. give him some English football experience, that's not a bad idea!! I would however, love it if he could come in and make the right side of midfield his own. It shows that we are capable of giving younger players a chance! Hell we're planning on giving Sturridge and McEachran a chance!
  9. Eljero Elia is a great winger, no question about that. I see him going to a club like Liverpool though because I know they have been linked with him in the past. Severinb said it best, it would be a better deal to bring in Juan Mata.
  10. Yeah what is the source?? NewsNow is giving me nothing about Aguero at the moment!
  11. Sorry but that Arsenal away kit is just as laughable as their home one!! That logo looks terrible
  12. True! There have been a few teams who have played a season without a sponsor though! West Ham in 1998, while Barcelona I think went through a few years without a sponsor on their shirts, especially during the Kluivert and De Boer days
  13. Totally agree with you dude! That's why I'm not saying anything
  14. Lukaku will have Torres (and possibly Drogba) to contend with, whereas De Bruyne has a natural right foot and can play on the wing, which is what we have lacked since getting rid of Shaun Wright-Phillips. Soo... I do agree with the vast majority, who are saying that Lukaku should be the one being loaned out! Stupid idea this may sound to many... but wouldn't Kakuta be a decent loanee at Anderlecht??
  15. I thought I would never see the day!!
  16. Totally agree with you. Football shirts without a sponsor makes them look unfinished and "naked"
  17. Good luck with all of your exams, and many condolences to the loss of your nan!
  18. Anyone got plans to go to university then? Lots of people seem to have passed their exams really well, so what does the future hold for you guys?? In my experience, university life is awesome, especially the nightlife. At Hertfordshire, there is a nightclub within the university called The Forum, which is pretty awesome, you could probably chat up some girls of you were single and looking
  19. Yeah I agree! He has argueably been the best Brazilian player to play in the Premier League! He put the likes of Middlesbrough on the map, who were a small club at the time!!
  20. McEachran is younger than Rodwell and posesses more skill than Rodwell.... plus we have Essien and Mikel. We don't need him!! I'd rather see us give Josh opportunities next season!!
  21. That's not a bad start to the season, but the run-in looks very very tough!! Especially when we have to play Arsenal and Liverpool both away from home!!
