I know I'm sounding optimistic when I say this, but I think the best thing to do, is try and sign him up before Copa America. Once he comes back from the competition, he can then be unveiled. I remember when we signed up Paulo Ferreira before Euro 2004, and he wasn't unveiled until the end of the competition!
