  1. Now watch Skysports' halft-time analysis on how Chelsea is playing a boring anti-football and Liverpool deserves the win.
  2. These type of goals against big teams is exactly what Etoo needs. It will surely give him a lot of confidence if his goal is the reason we win this. If you watch him play, you'll see he gets plenty of chances because his movement is still as brilliant as it was 5 years ago. It's just the finishing that needs improvement and the confidence from these goals will give him just that.
  3. Except for his presence in their first goal, haven't seen Etoo all game...
  4. This is how we're supposed to counter-attack.
  5. HAZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD!!!!!
  6. Chelsea resorting to this brainless prick Balotelli would be like a desperate mother resorting to prostitution. In the end, our problem would be gone but so would our pride. Perhaps not the best analogy but you get the point lol. He's a troublemaker, he's childish and immature. He would bring so much negative spotlight and possibly internal drama too...
  7. I haven't read a single post saying we're Chelsea and we should win easily. The only thing I've read is that we're Chelsea and we shouldn't be afraid of them any more than they should be afraid of us. Which is the truth. I don't know whether Liverpool will come here full of confidence or not. The only thing I know is that, like I've said before, others bigger than Liverpool have come here full of confidence before and they won't come full of confidence the next time.
  8. I don't know what people here are panicking about. I mean, it's Liverpool and Suarez, are you kidding me? A slightly above-average club and a good striker who has been amazing for the past... ehm, 4 months? So far this season we have faced Bayern Munich (the same Bayern that trashed Barcelona 4-0), Manchester City, United and Arsenal, and didn't crack with any of those. In fact, we put up a good fight with all of them. And now people here are scared because of Suarez and Liverpool? lol please. Let's not forget this is a club that will throw a party and keep the manager forever if it gets top 4 at the end of the season. While not as in form, we are much better than them. We are a top club with a top manager and we have a history of punishing those who think they'll have it easy against us (e.g. Barcelona/Bayern @UCL 2011). If they are blinded by Suarez's great form and think playing Chelsea will be a walk in the park, then they'll be in for a big surprise. I can't wait.
  9. "I don't have the money to buy you, but do you have any cousins that can play like you?" Is it me or he actually used a football pick-up line on Drogba? LOL!
  10. At Real Madrid, he was the second-choice to Benzema, the same Benzema that went 13 games without scoring for France. He's not as horrible as our strikers but he is little more than average. Certainly, he would be an upgrade from Torres, Ba and Etoo. But if you tell me Higuain is in the same class as Falcao, Aguero, Lewandowski or Costa, then you are out of your mind. Higuain is worth perhaps 20 million. Anything over that would be overpriced.
  11. On a more "positive" note, we now know how much of a useless shit Etoo is and we won't have to find out the hard way against Liverpool. If Mourinho is serious about not getting a striker in January, he needs to be hanged.
  12. You forgot this one: Clearly a message to Guardiola lol
  13. No, no, no and no. He's not a world class striker, just average really.
  14. Falcao and Aguero both enjoyed success as strikers at Atletico Madrid and continued to enjoy success on other clubs afterwards. Plus even if Costa was to turn out to be an average striker, sadly it would still be a huge upgrade for us.
  15. There are more chances Mourinho will play Mata as a goalkeeper, than KDB in the starting 11 again this season.
  16. Rumor has it PSG is very interested in Mata. I know a lot of people here are sensible about the idea of letting Mata go. But the truth is, it has become clear that no matter how good he is, he's simply not a part of the manager's vision for how the team should look like. With the World Cup coming this summer, he will surely want out plus he will lose market value if he stays on our bench for too long. With Chelsea in desperate need for a world-class striker, if PSG is willing to deal Mata for Cavani, I personally think we should listen.
  17. lol it happened 2 years ago when Mourinho was managing Real Madrid. They went to Camp Nou knowing a defeat would mean losing the whole season. They won 3-1 and then remained consistent for the rest of the season. It was really amazing! Chelsea still hasn't beaten a top English club except for that lucky goal that gave us the victory against City and I think the confidence that comes from that is one of the things we're lacking.
  18. Part of me wants us to lose or draw this game just so we will be in a cornered position where we have no choice but to put up an attacking formation to crush those Liverpool twats afterwards.
  19. Arsenal had its first shot on target at minute 85 whereas Chelsea had at least 5 near-goal chances, yet Chelsea faces the criticism from these football "experts". This is unbelievable. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2528708/ADRIAN-DURHAM-Chelseas-anti-football-win-title.html
  20. I don't think even the trolls in this forum feel skeptical about the fact that Chelsea is 2 or 3 key signings away from being a force to be reckoned with at an international level. We have a very young squad and to be honest I think it's doing quite well considering all the flaws that it has. Hopefully the board won't grow impatient, and will actually have some faith in this project. It will pay off.
  21. At the Arsenal forums, all they talk about is referee, referee, referee. No word mentioned of Arsenal's ZERO shots on target during the entire first half (playing at home). I don't know what's worse, a forum of overly critical twats who are never happy with anything, or one full of delusional people incapable of doing any auto-critique.
  22. We're not going to win the league if we keep being afraid of big teams that we COULD beat if we actually tried. I don't blame Mourinho for bringing on David Luiz in the end and settling for the draw, considering the amount of games we have lost in the last minute. However, taking off Hazard is unforgivable. We had 0 chances after Hazard came off and we stopped dominating them completely. We overestimated Manchester United and now we overestimated Arsenal. That's 6 points we don't have because we think we're not good enough to beat them playing away.
  23. Considering we always concede a goal in the last minute I don't blame him for not having the balls to go for a win now. It's a shame though. We could have won this...
