Im probably bullshitting but is anyone just as annoyed as me, that it are the same suspects again who are struggling with injury's and illness? Take Oscar, he was not mentioned to have an injury before the Everton match. Then BAM, on matchday he has a minor muscle injury. This exact thing occured earlier in the season (can't recall before wich match). We all remember how he vanished at the beginning of last year, im sensing déjàvu. Then you have a guy like Fabregas, a player notorious for dissappearing at the end of the season, who is also struggling since the beginning of the year. Im sorry to say, but what use is it when you have core players that aren't there when it is crunch time? People are slagging of players like Willian, Ramires, Ivanovic, David Luiz last year (who still has a scar from playing with an injury at that final in Munich). After the Villa game, José said he didn't want to risk Willian AND Fabregas so he only played Willian. 2 games later Willian is still playing with a light injury. /end rant. All im saying, im glad we have some warrior spirits in the team. And it would make me happy players like Cesc and Oscar can show that too.

Seriously i watched alot of Barcelona already this year (mainly for Messi). Even as a Chelsea supporter it is hard to hate him. This guy is really proving now that he is a tier above Ronaldo. It was a stroke of genius to move him back to the right wing, his goalscoring output since the new year has skyrocketed. I think im going to implode if he ever joins Chelsea.

I counted only 2 bad plays from him. He fucked up 1 counter, and one badly placed pass in the final third.

He was visibly frustrated at himself, but im sure he'll turn up again soon enough.

Really missed him in the first half. Ramires was o.k. but cesc offers alot more when we dominate possession.

Very good first half. Everton we're defending well and started to gain a foothold in the second almost giving them the lead (thank you Cech). Almost another dejavu but man Willian stepped up when we needed him the most! Cech/Willian/Matic are my joint MOTM, Hazard looked lively again too!

We looked so good in possession with him. Some occasional frustrating stuff but apart from that he's been brilliant since the new year!

Your not making any sense. Surely he is not gonna turn into some creative machine. But he'll be alot more creative playing in his natural position (left wing or the No. 10 position). Alot of his goals come from shifting the ball to his right foot, thats something he can't do when he plays on the right-wing.

Great victory, these are the games we would've lost last year.
