JayC got a reaction from Reddish-Blue in 🇪🇸 Juan Mata
Because I'm accepted as a United fan on other rival teams boards. I don't need to be all tribal. That's why.

Remember the two home games with Stoke in 2012? It was a Mata moment of brilliance in both that helped us win 1-0.
It's incredible how fans have just adopted a 'hate' for Mata in an attempt to show they are true 'Mourinhoista'. These same people have been drawing Mata-Zola comparisons for ages and have been talking about how he's a next Chelsea legend etc.

Well, I think we both know there was a place in the Chelsea team for Juan Mata - you can argue all the crap you like about tactics and pressing, it still won't convince me this is the sole reason for Mata's departure. Chelsea fans need to face the fact that Mourinho wasn't comfortable forging his new side in the shadow of somebody elses buy. Your best player was sold because Jose is very arrogant and wants to build his own side. The lucky thing is, he's good enough to pull it off.

I'm not winding anybody up. Grow up, and learn to accept other people have different opinions.

It's truly amazing how much a players value/ability/skill goes down hill, when they aren't your player anymore. ;p

Actually I'd say it's more about what you can do with a football.

I for one don't think we're perfect and you don't see me in the bandwagon saying after 3 rounds we'll be the champions. It's a long season, many things can happen - including us winning the title as we're one of the serious contenders, but I really disagree about us being a defensive team. We played an awful match against you because mainly players' individually playing subpar.
Basically the same players played against Bayern and we had a great match.
Now what did you want us to do in the extra time with 10 men and having the lead? Of course we had to defend! Any other plan would be ridiculous and still we had so many chances that Neuer saved... so while I agree with some people being carried away way too soon, I disagree about us being defensive.
And yeah, we're not perfect. That will come with time... 4-5 months from now I'd say

We all know Jose's strength is defensively organising teams. It's what he knows - it's what he excels at. It's even what he loves - it's what brings him success. There can be no argument here. The execution of such tactics obviously require the correct players; organised, strong and disciplined. It's not really rocket science, and in this simple truth lies the fate of Juan Mata. He's simply not a Mourinho player - and probably never will be. The tactics he deployed at Old Trafford only further proved to me he's better off sticking to nullifying opponents. Juan Mata is completely wasted in this style of play and I honestly don't think Mourinho has any plans for him to be an integral part of his team. This isn't to say I predict Mata to be sold - just a much lesser role.

Mata for Rooney makes sense....Jose gets the striker he wants and Moyes finally makes a big name signing.
However...I don't like the idea of strengthening United's attack even further...considering they have the best striker in the PL leading the line.
I just hope our board makes the right call about Rooney & Mata.

It's hard to understand if Kojo is troll or just fucked in the head, all his posts are really, really stupid

Think I'll stay to prove you wrong. You and Bushman are now on ignore. Cheers.

Bushman seems like a troll to me.
It seems like he is always picking a fight with somebody.
Anyways this United guy did not seemed bad to me. Yes he has to put up with shit because he is from United, but I don't think he should leave or we should stop him from commenting.
Heck we even had TMO who was a bit more of annoying!

TBH I'm not saying I've seen every post of the guy but I haven't seen him picking fights, I've only seen him defending, and usually rightly so.
You say he insulted Kojo? He said the way he talks to people is ridiculous. Which is well... true.
Where did he insult Stingray?

They're entitled to talk crap about United in every thread and derail it? This is the type of member you keep around?

That's just it, I've never looked for one argument on here - maybe there has been times I shouldn't of posted, sure. But everyone does that...
You're right though, of course I'm the odd one out. Still I could of been treated simply as another human being posting on a forum.
Never mind.

I don't mean this the wrong way...but you'll always be the odd one out on this forum.
You decided to join a Chelsea forum as a United supporter/follower...hence at some point in time, you were 'bound' to receive some nasty posts about United, refereeing decisions, conspiracy theories etc.
You seem like a knowledgeable person who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. Hope you stick around, its always good to keep an open mind and read different views from different fans.
We're all passionate about English football..let's keep the fights to a minimum.

We get it. You've been here for three years. Nobody cares.
You might grow up sometime soon. Until then it'll be the last time I talk to you. I have no desire to talk to you, create further arguments, or bother mods on this forum.
Kindly, leave me be.

Argument? We're not even having a discussion. You just keep proving my point about you being a mug.
Come back when you can reach, wow , sounds stupid coming from someone still in puberty.

JayC got a reaction from Blue Armour in 🇧🇷 David Luiz
The pull of Barca is hard to resist. Luiz will find it hard to pass up the opportunity to play with Neymar and Alves, not to mention a little Argentinian. I know I would if I was him. Is he really worth 40M? Sounds like a good time to cash in. I personally wouldn't though - I don't see a lot of available centre-backs out there who are available and even as good. He seems like the sort of guy who will stay loyal though if you ask me. It's easy to see even for me that he is very happy. It comes down to personal happiness Vs trophies. You need to hope he sees the future a lot of you see - the emergence of a very good side capable of championships... or he could well smell that greener grass.
