£50m or Fabregas swap? Obvious choice. With that money, 30m can go towards the Costa deal and what's left over can go to buying Shaw and/or a CM.

As much as I like David Luiz, for 50m he must be sold.

If we can't get Shaw, keep Cole as our starting LB. There's no point in wasting money on 29 year-olds when we have Cole just a couple years older, and arguably much better already.
