This board threw him under the bus from the start, said it from the off. I also said his decisions and him talking too much and saying rehearsed lines would write his own will. It all comes from the top, it's fucking rotten, it's not all on the project puppet but it's on them all
-
Unless you can bollock players, you will never be a top manager. Cant see that in him somehow
-
Yeah in the League One division.
-
I hope he succeeds somewhere. Its not here but he deserves a shot elsewhere.
-
But would that get him anywhere? They'll probably just show him the door! I do feel sorry for him! Shouldve stayed and if they really wanted him then made it furthur down the line. Its a diaster

He’s doing the best he can, he’s just not ready for this. The blame is on the management—they’re messing around with all of this. If it were only LR, that’d be one thing… but Garnacho, Gittens, Delap… this obsession with young players just shows they don’t understand what’s going on. The issue in goal too… there are so many glaring mistakes. LR just took the opportunity of a lifetime — I don’t judge him.

I legit feel bad for the guy. Came here with a humble attitude, seems like a genuinely nice person, never bigged himself up and acted like he was here on merit or acted arrogant. I’m sure for a certain profile of club he’d be a solid manager still. His issue is that he was/is woefully unqualified for this job and 100% of the blame needs to be placed in the owners. They’ve killed this club and now that they’re going to HAVE to sack their handpicked puppet Rosenior, it’s going to make convincing any new manager worth a damn even tougher.
-
This is also true. But he doesn’t make it easy to like him either. Stupid quotes, no real backbone to push back against the club.
-
Deep down I feel sorry for him — things should have been handled more calmly. It’s entirely the management’s fault, not just in the choice of coaches but also the players. They’re just messing around.
-
I think he is gone.
