  2. Who wrote this? that’s exactly what needs to be done, the whole starting 11 needs to be looked at bar Caicedo, Palmer, Pedro & James. Then look at getting rid of the owners.
  3. 🔵🗯💥The Blues Feed understands Chelsea are preparing for a major squad overhaul this summer, with changes anticipated across every area of the pitch - from goalkeeper through to attack. Meanwhile, pressure continues to build on Rosenior, with more on his situation below. Goalkeepers: I expect at least one of Chelsea’s goalkeepers to leave this summer, though there is a realistic scenario in which both depart. Both are understood to want a No.1 role, while Penders is currently earmarked as the club’s long-term first choice. Jorgensen could also go on a loan to Strasbourg. Should both goalkeepers leave, Chelsea may look to bring in an experienced option to complement Penders. Defenders: At centre-back, Chelsea are expected to sanction multiple departures. As many as 3 or potentially even 4 could leave, with Tosin, Badiashile, Fofana and Chalobah all players Chelsea would look to sell. That is without mentioning Disasi, who is also expected to depart. There are also doubts surrounding Josh’s future. His camp are increasingly concerned about his lack of minutes at both U21 and senior level, having already applied pressure on the SD's last summer. Chelsea are targeting at least two incoming centre-backs, with Premier League experience being targeted. At full-back, Cucurella is understood to be open to a return to Spain while still in his prime years. Chelsea could consider cashing in if suitable offers arrive. Midfield: In midfield, at least a couple of changes are expected. Enzo Fernández is not considered untouchable, and his future could depend on incoming offers. We have seen this gather pace already recently and him even admitting after PSG he doesn't know about his Chelsea future. Santos previously looked set for a departure under Maresca and is now struggling for minutes under Rosenior, which could again open the door to a move amid strong interest. Lavia is another player whose situation remains uncertain, with injuries continuing to disrupt his progress. A loan or even a permanent exit cannot be ruled out. Essugo may also leave on loan in search of regular football after a disrupted campaign. Wingers: At least one wide player is expected to depart. Garnacho, Gittens and Neto have all underperformed this season, while Quenda is set to arrive this summer and Estevao is expected to take on a bigger role. Garnacho continues to attract strong interest across Europe, and Chelsea would be in a position to generate profit or at minimum recoup their investment! This is one to definitely keep and eye on. Neto is attracting interest from Barcelona and clubs in Saudi Arabia. With Jorge Mendes as his agent, a move remains a real possibility. Gittens is viewed as the least likely to leave, given the club’s belief in his long-term potential and the difficulty in recouping his transfer fee at this stage. Chelsea are expected to target a dependable winger, with Premier League experience highly valued. Striker: Delap has disappointed since arriving and has yet to meet expectations both in matches and in training. However, there remains strong interest from across the Premier League and Europe, which should make him relatively easy to move on. Everton came close to signing him last summer, while Newcastle are also interested. Chelsea would expect to at least recoup their investment, if not make a profit. I have even heard whispers that Chelsea have an interest in Woltemade which could be pursued if Newcastle come for Delap. Nicolas Jackson is also expected to leave, with Aston Villa viewed as a potential destination given Unai Emery’s admiration. Guiu is another likely departure due to limited minutes, either on loan or permanently. Emegha is expected to arrive to compete with Pedro for the starting role. Chelsea view him as an exceptional physical talent capable of adapting quickly to the Premier League. As things stand, another striker signing appears unlikely given the existing options but cannot be ruled out! Overall Strategy: For the first time under the current ownership, there is an acceptance internally that the club’s strategy has not worked as expected and may need adjusting. The signing of Pedro reflects a shift towards players with Premier League experience who can contribute immediately, while still offering long-term potential. This does not signal a complete move away from signing young talent, but more of a priority to to provide support to the young players as they develop. Liam Rosenior: There is some sympathy within the club regarding the difficulty of taking over mid-season. However, the expectation was that Liam Rosenior would stabilise off-field issues and restore performances to the required level. Chelsea had ambitions of progressing in the Champions League and believed a top-three finish was achievable, with qualification for the competition the minimum target, alongside a strong FA Cup run. Concerns have grown following the heavy defeat to PSG and with a top-five finish now looking increasingly unlikely based on recent performances. While there is no immediate indication that Rosenior will be dismissed, and the original plan was to give him a full pre-season, that position could change if results do not improve. For me it looks like that the players haven't brought into his approach, with several appearing to have checked out as the season already. I also cannot see how Rosenior can be in charge next season! Some of the rumours I have heard about the mood inside Cobham plus players thoughts of Rosenior is extremely damning! One thing I can confirm is that Willie Isa and Rosenior are behind the huddle in the centre circle and not from the players like Rosenior suggested.
  4. Or they do believe that to be the case who knows!! Depends what they want to achieve cause it certainly isnt silver ware
  5. They said the squad was built for any manager to come in a use. They can’t even remember their own lies. Disgraceful ownership.
  6. About to say didnt he get turned down or just didnt agree so said nahh? Lucky escape for him!
  7. Names like Enrique and Nagelsman to Liam Rosenior in three short years
  8. He isnt getting a squad built for him next season either soooooo
  9. Thing is really Liverpool or Villa arent finishing 6th..we are! Or futhur down so no chance of that
  10. 😒💥There’s no message of an imminent change on Liam Rosenior. Chelsea don’t forget that he arrived in the middle of the season, had no pre season and that this is not a squad built for him. Let’s see how the final 2 months go but, CFC maintain their support for him. (@FabrizioRomano) 🤢🗯Despite a difficult spell, Chelsea has no plans to part ways with Liam Rosenior; we can confirm that the Blues’ management continues to stand fully behind their head coach. 11. Today
  12. and BlueCo would claim they had it sussed all long lying twats
  13. more info: https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/champions-league-liverpool-premier-league-33633182 Should Villa secure fifth place in the Premier League and triumph in the Europa League, an additional Champions League spot could be allocated to English clubs. If Villa were to finish fifth, all of the top five would qualify for the Champions League, and the sixth-place team could also earn a spot in the competition due to the extra place awarded to England based on their coefficient ranking. However, if Villa were to finish fourth and win the Europa League, England would not receive an additional Champions League qualification spot. In that case, either the top four or five teams would qualify, depending on the UEFA coefficient rankings. Liverpool also have a part to play due to their involvement in the Champions League. If the Anfield side were to lift the trophy, Villa win the Europa League, and both clubs finish in fifth and sixth place in the Premier League, then even seventh place in the table could become sufficient for Champions League qualification.
  14. So if Liverpool win the Champions league and Villa dont win Europa nothing changes? Both have to win basically and finish in those spots?...also really theyre not finishing 6th 🤣 End of the day its a load of shite. Weve had so many chances to grab that place and haven't so if we do make it in be fluke beyond fluke..
  15. Nice so we have a chance to bullshit ourselves in.
  16. It’s fashion these to be the victim and be offended by as much as humanly possible, this new generation is a sad sack of existence and everyone wants to be “special” tree hugging save the planet don’t eat meat and identifying as a plug socket.
  17. Yes, and 7th place could even get into the CL .......................... If Liverpool win the UEFA Champions League and finish 5th and Aston Villa win the UEFA Europa League and finish 6th, the EPS would be awarded to the seventh-ranked club in the EPL, in accordance with Article 3.08 and 3.09 of the competition regulations https://documents.uefa.com/r/Regulations-of-the-UEFA-Champions-League-2025/26/Article-3-Entries-for-the-competition-Online
  18. ^^ That’s fair enough in this case but my gripe is more with instant calling of ‘Islamophobia’ or ‘Racism’ if somebody opposes the obvious rapidly growing Islamic influence in this country.
  19. I want the burqa banned, both in Sweden and in the UK The pic, btw is of the Whitechapel tube stop and is in both English and Bengali I have no issue with that at all Religion and Bengali-speakers: Tube signs honour Bengali contribution to east London (2022) https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-60765057 Bengali signage has been installed at a Tube station to pay tribute to the contribution the Bangladeshi community has made to east London. Tower Hamlets council has funded dual language signs throughout Whitechapel Station as part of wider improvements. The station was visited by mayor of Tower Hamlets John Biggs, and Bangladesh High Commissioner Saida Muna Tasneem, on Tuesday. Mr Biggs said he was "delighted" that their contribution had been recognised. He also thanked Transport for London (TfL) for listening to the council's request "to recognise the contribution" the Bangladeshi community had made to Tower Hamlets and London as a whole.
  20. If Liverpool win the UEFA Champions League and finish 5th and Aston Villa win the UEFA Europa League and finish 6th, the EPS would be awarded to the seventh-ranked club in the EPL Doesn't seem to say anywhere what happens if Liverpool finish 5th and win it..guess nothing changes?
  21. What if Liverpool finish 5th and win CL does 6th place get CL?
  22. If you want England to become Iran then crack on. There are plenty of us who don’t and it’s not a crime to say so.. well maybe under this government it is.
  23. It clearly says more than that. Letting people have the right to dress how they want shouldn't even be up for debate.
  24. Emery is not even close to yes man enough to work out. Do think it's funny we're pretending this whole situation sn't a Rosenior problem as well though. Dude is well out of his depth. Probably a nice guy but also a huge fucking joke at this level. Maresca, poch and tuchel are leagues above him.
  25. Islamophobic??? Wanting train stations to read in English in the country called England?? There is nothing wrong with that at all. All this ‘Islamophobic’ bollocks needs to stop. This isn’t the Middle East, it’s fucking England and we don’t want this shite going on here. Enough is enough.
