Having read the books, I actually thought the movie was OK at best. Maybe like 6.5/10 rating for it. Had some decent action scenes and great shots but it lacked plot and character development. They deviated a tad too much from the book when certain things could/should have probably been added it, although they might include them in the 3rd movie.

And if you want to give a movie 2/10 rating, go watch Fantastic Four.

Jake is a good shout for an oscar nod, one of the better actors of his generation

let's see what Matt Damon can do in The Martian, although sci-fi characters rarely get nominated (see McConaughey)

Crash - 9/10!!!

It was awful! But after living in a brothel for 7 months I know theres some strange peeps that get their kicks in very weird ways

Anti Social - meh. All done before and better.

Pay the Ghost - Pretty good actually.

Fantastic Four - absolute shite

Spooks The Greater Good - Excellent. No friils or special effects just a good old English cop show and the series is great too.

Rise of the Krays - very bland like magnolia paint. Never been a proper Krays film done.

Intersteller - Absolutely brilliant. Finally got round to watch it. I gotta say Im a bit of a lad but dont mind admitting I got choked up at the end. (The girls love a guy in touch with his feelings lads )

I agree, I've seen most of Wong Kar-Wai but this will always be my favorite. It's just a very personal film to me.

New Elementary season starts bonfire night (5th November) One of the best shows on telly me thinks.

Couple of new series that have started OK. Nothing too deep but ok to mong out for an hour.

Lucifer (The Devil resigns and moves to LA and becomes a good bad guy)

Limitless (Yep like the film but this guy takes these pills to help out the FBI along with working for the guy that invented the pills who happens to be the next US president thats on the pills himself)

Pay The Ghost Im not a lover of 'horror' films cause I think like porn you seen one you seen them all and after 5 minutes youre bored. But they attempted to turn this into a detective type thing bit in the mould of Da Vinci Code. Turned out weak. IMHO of course.

From neutral point its ok, but I like these kind of motivational movies alot, so one of my favourite in recent years. Shows you should always appreciate what you have and work hard for it.

Pixels - Watched it stoned and thought it was ok but dont take it as a recommendation.

Got about the best copy of Maze Runner-The Scorch Trials but had a look and its really dark so might leave it till better copy.
