La Noire isn't developed by rockstar so not sure why you are talking about rockstar "falling off".

Sure but it's hard to blame or praise rockstar for la noire when it was made by a completely independent team in australia and at first funded purely by sony. They did incorporate parts of the engine that rockstar made for gta4 and rdr though.

I seen this on watchdog. Strange if a game is making the console do that.

PS3 mate, don't know about the Xbox.. Cant say i've had any problems though.

Nope both parties denied it was their fault.

It could be that the game hold too much data on the disc and trying to run it is pushing the console too much? Only reason that even comes to mind is because its split into 3 discs on the xbox.

Have bought LA Noire recently.I like it,but appart the story line there is almost nothing to do in town,more optional stuff would be great,like in Red Dead Redemption.
