Tomo 21,751
For a few years Norwich were languishing in the bottom 3rd of the Championship and going no-where fast then relegation (and Paul Lambert) changed that.Going down to league 1 after a 7-1 humiliation by Colchester (i bet Lawro feels silly now) they appointed the gaffer who was behind that defeat and he turned them around and guided the Canaries to the L1 title with superb ease and style. At the start of this season i thought they would bounce of their confidence to be in and around the play off, i didn't expect them to do it again but they did and they did it in style again and they might even go up as Champions is QPR get docked points. The icing on the cake for Norwich would be a solid mid table finish and with Lambert at the helm i wouldn't bet against it.Norwich City are the ultimate proof that relegation can and quite often is a blessing in disguise, would they be a prem team in waiting today if they stayed up in 08/09? Gianfranco_Z 202
It's a great story. I remember Lambert being my local club, Wycombe's boss. Thought he would move on to bigger and better things... and how! Delighted with them back in the Premier League let's see how they do... but 6pts please :blue scalf:

spuz 143
I can't see how relegation can ever be good,I'd rather stay up to be honest.

Ollie 4,400
It's amazing really, from losing 7-1 at home to Colchester United to then stealing Colchesters manager, going top of the league, gaining promotion, getting revenge on colchester (5-0) in the process then the next year coming up tgo the premiership. Awesome for them and very happy too. In 2005 we got 6 easy points against them and they beat Man Utd 2-0 so 'mon the canaries!
