Gray could still sue Sky for unfair dismissal as both the comments were "off air",which people keep forgetting about.this includes the "would you smash it" clip involving Keys and Redknapp.

It's no more than work place banter.Even i,among others make sexist.lewd comments at work from time to time.

Meanwhile,why doesn't loose women get taken off air for being sexist towards men?

Because we're either at work,down the pub,or we simply don't give a fuck!!

Still glad Gray has gone though.But i fully agree with FB regarding his double standards opinion.

Here is one for you.................I got photgraphed at work by my area manager because I was sitting down for 1 hour on a stool, that is provided for me by Occuptaional health because i am 29 weeks (7 months and 1 week) pregnant, have varicose veins and SPD (Symphysis pubis dysfunction) which sends shooting pains on my groin and down my legs..................... I put in a complaint to HR as I am totally disgusted with this. I never gave him permission to photograph me at work at all ..............but apprently thats OK. How do I know what he is going to with the photos!? I would rather him make a comment about me not knowing the offside rule tbh!

Very grey area Cara.

Most managements use photos or video's as evidence these days to support their accusations that an employee isn't doing what's asked of them,or is up to 'no good' at the workplace.This evidence can be used if the matter leads to dicsaplinary action by the employers.

In your case,your HR should be more supportive towards you and provide you with more adequate working conditions,this also can include not being left unattended/unsupervised in your late stages of pregnancy and should also include reducing your working hours to fit in with your sleep and dieting patterns.

I used to be a union rep and exactly know and understand how you feel about your employers at this time.

PS:You can take your grievance with your area manager further if you wish,but it's a long process.

I'm calling HR this morning. as far as I am aware they cannot do this with out my permission. I havent signed anything to say I am ok with this. Engineers had the camera on their XDA's disabled for this reason. make you laugh that I think what happend to me was far worse than the comments Andy Grey made but nothing is being done with me and I work for the same company ......

Thats because they were fitted up Cara. They were too old and as i said, Gray, was after a payout over News International tapping his phone.

As far as your situation is concerned, studied law for a while, and while they are allowed to take your picture ,they are not legally allowed to post those pictures to public locations or invade your personal space or privacy while taking the photo. If they have done this I would seek legal representation.

True but I feel like I am being forced out for just being pregnant........alot more stuff has gone on with me over the past 4 -5 months and this is the final straw.

The thing is I dont know what he has done with them................he wouldnt say. I'm still not happy. I know for a fact I would get sacked if I started taking photos at work.

Thats pretty low. Can I ask if there is a Union at work ? If you feel theres a case of constructive dismissal going on you really need Union or legal advice straight away. They might be compiling a case against you, and will use the photos of you 'sitting down on the job'. as a case for getting rid. You have to watch the fuckers.

Was off for 6 months last year because of wanky bosses, made formal complaint, really dragged on, but won in th end, and boss was made 'redundant' on Christmas eve.

Bullying in the workplace is more and more common these days.Management are only concerned about achieving targets with no regard for their employees.

I'm currently signed off for 6 weeks with a severe back problem.My employers suggest i carry 'light duties' till i recover,like that i don't get sick pay,for which i'm entitled to.

I work in warehousing which also includes driving a forklift and loading Lorry's.There is no such thing as light duties in my job.

See what i mean?.

The pair's tenure at the satellite TV sports channel ended after they made controversial off-air remarks about a female assistant referee.

Mr Gray was sacked and Mr Keys resigned after the comments were broadcast, prompting a row over sexism.

They will host a three-hour show from Monday to Friday on the commercial speech station.

The row that led to their departure from Sky Sports followed comments by the two presenters about the presence of female assistant referee Sian Massey.

Believing their microphones were off, the two men agreed female officials "don't know the offside rule".

Following the move to Talksport, Mr Gray - a former footballer - said it was an "ideal opportunity" to "do what we do best, and that's talk about sport".

And Mr Keys said it was "the start of something new and exciting".

Absolute shambolic LDN.Talksport have also sacked one of it's longest serving broadcasters Mike 'Porky' Parry after he and co-presenter Mike Graham refused to vacate their Mon-Fri 10am-1pm slot to accommadate Keys and Gray.

Talksport have a habit of employing no-gooders.Johnathan King and Stan Collymore to name but a few.

I stopped listening to this vile radio station many years ago,and from what i've seen from the facebook comments regarding Keys and Gray's appointment,many more people will stop listening to talksport!.

mike parry was an idiot at times ...but he had a sense of humour ...doubt if they can manage 3 hours a day ..5days a week

Indeed,Parry was an idiot at times and did have moronic ideas and thoughts,but he grew on you.We exactly knew what to expect of him.

I stopped listening to TS after they got rid of James Whale! That man spoke his mind, and spoke logically.

Indeed.Whale got sacked for urging his listeners not to vote for Ken Livingstone,ahead of the London mayor elections back in 2008.Another one sacked for influencing listeners was Jon Gaunt.

Mike Dickin(Talksport legend) must be turning in his grave!.

Yeah, Whale is on LBC now, from the 4pm shift I think. Don't really get time to tune in then, thought he had a better slot on the 10pm-1am.

Oh god yeah, the Mike Dickin tribute show was emotional to say the least! A great presenter, who left life too early imo. He'd be disgusted with the state of the station today!
