UpTheChels currently have an inactive manager so unless Clevemear returns they are probably fucked, the other team to go down is anyone's guess, could literally be any of the remaining 7 teams, that's how competitive it is in the Prem,

I have already turned on the park the bus button and 4-6-0 formation... Should be fine. Average of age of 33 gives me experience and severe walking pace...

Your transition period is going to be a long one, if you want my advice this summer sign 3 or 4 good young players and play them between 7-9 times, and when i mean good better than the one's you have signed, 3-4 bars at 19 and 20 is never going to be good enough.

I'd disagree with that. He hasn't got many good players by the sound of it so those young players will be starters, so even if they were rated at 3-4 bars I'll say they will gain on average 2 skill levels every 3 seasons or so so they will become good players with 8 bars at the age of 26-28.

That true, but their are cheap option in the market for 4 skill bar 17 year olds, i got a player in that bracket for just over 500 000 econ a few seasons back, now he is worth over 8m and was 8 skilled by the time he was 20. If he signs 2-3 of those type now, he will be laughing in a few season's time.

All about timing, they can't have too little games or especially to many games, they need to keep their form up aswell so form training comes into it, my young keeper only played twice in his first season at the club but still jumped a skill bar.

Having said that it's easier when your in the lower league's, i gave up some title's when i was in League's one and two and focused on building a team to eventually challenge X-Rated and Super Villians in the premier league and so far its payed off.

Now we have got the League back upto 32 teams, we must at the least keep it that way.

So if a manager who has been inactive for a while get's sacked, we must replace them immediately.

Not sure how easy that would be. Already, half the managers in League Two haven't signed in since registering.

Probably because of the wait they have had they just forgot. but if one goes inactive then we should advertise on the "xperteleven are you up for the challenge" thread and try and get a new member in immediately.

The teams at the top do not deserve to be there, I got my tactics spot on today, everything was perfect.. but I only got a draw. An absolute injustice.

This is the one thing I hate about xpert11, occasionally, the system decides the tactically superior team can lose to make the game more 'interesting'.

So did i, but my team just didn't take 1 of their 6 chances, so i only have myself to blame really.
