Salomon Kalou has set himself a target of 20 goals this season as he aims to help fire Chelsea to further glory.

Kalou took his personal tally to six after netting the Blues' second goal in their Premier League victory over Wolves on Saturday.

Now the Ivory Coast international is determined to beat his 14 goal personal best in English football.

Kalou said: "I push myself to score 20 goals and that's my target.

"I've got six already so I have 14 to go. It is a challenge for myself and I have to keep myself fit if I want to do it, but I think it is possible.

"I look to get 10 before the end of December and another 10 after Christmas, but I'm already ahead of the plan."

Likewise, at the start of the season I would have laughed at his aim of 20, but with 6 to his name already, it could be done if we remain in the CL and FA Cup, 60+ games a season will result in alot of game time for Solomon.
