BlueLion. 21,491
Salomon Kalou has set himself a target of 20 goals this season as he aims to help fire Chelsea to further glory.Kalou took his personal tally to six after netting the Blues' second goal in their Premier League victory over Wolves on Saturday. Now the Ivory Coast international is determined to beat his 14 goal personal best in English football.Kalou said: "I push myself to score 20 goals and that's my target."I've got six already so I have 14 to go. It is a challenge for myself and I have to keep myself fit if I want to do it, but I think it is possible."I look to get 10 before the end of December and another 10 after Christmas, but I'm already ahead of the plan."From Sky Sports - http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11668_6465607,00.html
Vincent 403
He already made more goals this season then he did last season, so there is a possibility! Good Luck Kalou!
LDN Blue 7,903
If I'd read this at the beginning of the season I would've laughed it off. But the fact he's already got 6 means he's definitely on his way.
kwylino 329
Hes been on great form this season I dont know about 20 but 15 i would say would be a good aim despite the fact he was bad the early part of the season
Styles 9,790
Good luck. I hope he doesn't just focus on goal scoring because his all round game needs improvement.
Luke 60
Likewise, at the start of the season I would have laughed at his aim of 20, but with 6 to his name already, it could be done if we remain in the CL and FA Cup, 60+ games a season will result in alot of game time for Solomon. BlueLion. 21,491
He's scored six in nine matches this season... if he keeps up a similar goals-to-games ratio then he'll beat 20 with ease.
Wilson 358
Good luck Kalou! Serious, no more hating on the boy though! He works his ass off for us and has patience to not being a regular start in the line up. He always comes on and scores! What a player
Rubber bullets 1,183
The advantage is that unlike previous seasons, his goal scoring tally has gone up quickly rather then slowly at the start of the season.
Kez 2,727
Finally showing his potential! Keep it up Kalou.
Rambo 1,729
Kalou can earn that in the FA cup rounds. I'd love to see him score against big teams.
