BlueLion. 21,491
I think Josh deserves more gametime than Kalou, Malouda and Mikel, in all honesty. I hope he goes out on loan for the sake of his career next month, otherwise this is a real talent we're killing.
Peace. 4,352
Swansea are edging closer to deal to sign Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran on loan for the rest of the season. McEachran has impressed in his second full season with the Blues' and could benefit from regular first-team football at the South Wales outfit. The 18-year-old could benefit as Arsenal's Jack Wilshere Chelsea team-mate Daniel Sturridge did from time they spent on-loan at Bolton Wanderers.Opportunities will be limited for McEachran following Chelsea's exit from the Carling Cup last month - during which he damaged his ankle - but could gain valuable experience on a sabbatical under Brendan Rodgers, according to reports in the Daily Express. Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas planning a shake-up of his squad in January and has also identified Jack Rodwell as the first major brick in rebuilding his Chelsea team and is confident he will land the Everton midfielder next month. The Chelsea manager needs to add youth as well as quality to his ageing side and, Sportsmail understands, he sees the 20-year-old England international as a key part of the process.Bolton’s Gary Cahill is another player on his shopping list and someone who would certainly be a useful addition to the Chelsea squad given the defensive problems they have endured this season.Read more: http://www.dailymail...l#ixzz1h4pu3iTK
BlueLion. 21,491
Swansea would be a good experience for young Josh, they play a style of football where he could excel.

CHOULO19 24,332
Better late than never That is true....but does not change the fact that AVB made the mistake of promising him first team minutes when he can't deliver.

But at least the mistake isn't too much of a hindrance, because he's still young and raw. He has a lot of time left.
Henri 115
He is a top 10 best talent of europe, and his own club cant use him. Thats fucking Irony.

Henri 115
Not sure about that.Thats okey, and maybe not at the moment, but in the last 12 month thats what almostevery football magazine etc. has voted him to be.
bababoom 4,478
Thats okey, but you cant question his talent, only lack of form.No not at all, he's a great talent. Hopefully he can go on loan to gain some more experience. zolayes
Amblève. 4,995
Not sure about that.I disagree. Josh is very likely a top 10 talent in Europe, in England he has to be a top 3 talent imo. It's a tough time for him now but I'm not sure if anyone would want him to play or even to start a game if Carlo would not have played him last season. He's still very young, he has great potential but keep in mind: We have to be careful. We need to stop all that hype and pressure that he's surrounded by. I'd also like to see him playing more but that's the coach's decision. I do believe that Andre would have used him more this season so far if we would not have been going through that bad streak. Hopefully he'll be loaned out so he can gain some experience.
TacticalBlues 2,817
“It's fair to say we have to look at some proposals for Josh's loan,” Villas-Boas continued.“His playing time has not been much, but, because of his talent, it’s not 100 per cent sure that we’d send him out on loan, even if clubs come in for him.”He acknowledges his talent so that's a good sign I guess! LDN Blue 7,903
I can still understand why they're reluctant to loan him out.. He's still raw, but he does need it.
BlueLion. 21,491
Fuck off Andre, he's ready and all you're doing is playing players like Mikel and Malouda in midfield ahead of him, loan him out already.
Tomo 21,751
To loan him out it will need to be a team that guarentee's him first team football.
BlueLion. 21,491
In that case you stick a minimum appearances clause in the loan and offer a financial incentive. That's what Arsenal did with Wilshere.
