That happens every few months baby pics, primary school, high school (for us old folks)...some one starts a post then gets theirs friends to do it ....next thing it's all over Facebook like a disease!

I'm learning to swim and we were learning how to turn and breathe......that didn't work out so well!

Good for you! It is a vital life skill! It takes practice but the biggest thing is to remain calm and know your instructor won't let anything happen to you! I taught swimming for years and the more trust you have in your instructor the easier it is for both of you.

I am so proud of you and I am sending you all kinds of good thoughts and vibes!!

Thank you!! I need those good thoughts and vibes I'm pretty bad but I must say I improved a lot from when I started. Yesterday was the last class but I signed up for the 2nd leg of the beginner class. My goal is to be able to swim by next year

Look it up on YouTube. There's tons of videos. I used JimmyDShea's videos and practiced on the pool. Pretty much all strokes.

Fair swimmer after a month.
