I am trying to figure out how my MIL still cannot figure out how to download and save pictures from photo stream and email! I know I have showed her and written step by step instructions down multiple times....even my father who is 10 years older has figured it out on his own!

Its really just technical drawing and design. I'm sure its not just a British subject, in America they will teach it I'd imagine also all over Europe I'd imagine so too.
