BluesChick 1,260
Some of the boys are behaving like immature boys... My current plan is to ignore their de-evolution and wait for their brain to kick in and take back control from the little head. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD There's a boy in every man BC! Ankit 3,176
In the US cinemas, seating is general admission! So that price is regardless of where you sit! Worse if you have a group and it is a popular movie then you may not all find seats together unless you get there early! The service is much better in your cinemas! In the US, they are barely civil at the snack counter and would not think to bring you anything! They may have fancy ones that do that, I read that some cities have one with seating similar to a coffee bar or jazz club where you could order food and drinks. I have never lived near one. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HDWell, there must be online booking of tickets in US. I do that every time go to a movie here(usually it's 5 or 6 of us friends), we can even choose our seats from our home and pay via computer and all we have to do is go to the counter before the movie and show them the mail or SMS that we receive on our phones and we have the desired seating tickets in no time! That is immensely helpful.

China has similar system to India and when they have movies in English we have enjoyed being able to choose our seats! Jype 6,398
They range greatly across the US, the average is around $8US, but in places like NYC it can be $20 or more.€14 a normal price here, which equals to around $18 if I'm not mistaken. Considering the much lower wages and ridiculously high income taxes, going to the cinema is even more steep here than in the US. Being a student there's no way I can afford to watch all the movies I'd like but even so I can't even imagine what it's like for low income families when four people going to the cinema costs a day's net wage.
