Just a curious one Alex, why Lyon? :D

Mainly for the players they once had. I got into French football five seasons ago, back when OL had Essien, Malouda, Juninho, Govou, Coupét and so on. Over the following seasons they had players such as Benzema, Toulalan, Benzema and Kallstrom all joined or came through the youth system.

Lyon were the number one team in France so it was natural to start following them. Despite selling off their best assets, they always seem to end up with new quality players, the same ways teams like Porto do. They have the likes of Hugo Lloris (who I'm surprised hasn't been signed by United or Barcelona), Jeremy Toulalan, Lisandro Lopez, Miralem Pjanic, Ederson, Jean Makoun, Michel Bastos and Aly Cissokho.

They've also got a brilliant youth academy, having produced Benzema and Ben Arfa amongst others. They have a number of promising youngsters, like Timothée Kolodziejczak, Lamine Gassama, Maxime Gonalons, Yannis Tafer and Ishak Belfodil.

So, in short... ALLEZ OL!

You won't be surprised from my username to find out I support Hibs! Since I have a season ticket at Easter Road they could be considered my "first" team but love them and the Blues equally. Got a membership this season and coming down to the West Brom game tomorrow. First time at the Bridge for about 13 years!

Probably Paris Saint-Germain... since I've been to Paris and visited their stadium, I keep an eye on them. But it's not like I'm a supporter, I just kinda like them cause the people were very friendly and they've had great players like Pauleta, Anelka, Raí, Ronaldinho etc

Oh well and Maka's their captain right now :D

I would have to say Olympic Marseille.. When i visited the south of France i simply fell in love with the atmosphere and passion of the supporters.. The Velodrome is a great place to watch football.. And the women are gorgeous... Even though we don't get many live games over here, i still keep a very watchful eye on the going's on of the League 1.. I also support my Local Rugby League team, South Sydney Rabbitohs...

France in general's simply stunning in my opinion! The Velodrome is a beautiful stadium, I've never been in it but I've driven past it before. Quite striking!

I am also a Real fan, not to the degree I am following Chelsea, but I visited Madrid earlier this summer and Bernabeu is the only European stadium I have seen in person and Madrid is the only major city that has a top flight team that I have been to.
