NoFear 23
Thats what Begovic's thinking is as well.. Rather than sitting at Stoke's bench he would be better off in Chelsea's bench considering Cech is the most injury prone GK in EPL

caesarblues 51
http://www.imscoutin...c-to-45m-/9634/Chelsea set to up bid for Stoke keeper Asmir Begovic to £4.5m Chelsea are ready to table a new and improved £4.5m bid for Stoke City keeper Asmir Begovic this week, the People reports. The 23-year-old was excellent at Portsmouth last season, and with Pompey desperate for money he was sold to Stoke City during the January transfer window. However, the Bosnian has been unable to unseat Danish World Cup goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen as first choice at Stoke. Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti currently has the unconvincing Henrique Hilario as back-up for Petr Cech and is keen to bolster his goalkeeping options. PaulHopkins 1
Not a bad idea but we'll need to get rid of Turnbull as there's no point in having 4 keepers. Also should maybe be looking to give Rhys Taylor some bench time?

chrismada9 1,948
Lol, no shit Sherlock! It was response to "most injury-prone gk"well, my point was, that since van der sar is older, he's more likely to be injury prone... could be a false point but nevertheless, I know people who think that. Madmax 9,219
Mancini does play Football Manager then. He adds everyone to his shortlist, then when some other club makes a bid, he gets a notification and prepares his own bid. Genius. Still can't get his team to play, though. They just want everyone that anyone else is interested in.Yep, because they have all the money at their disposal. They wave money in their faces and they're immediately attracted to it. David Silva said joining Chelsea interested him. 3 or 4 days later, Citeh wave money under his nose and then he immediately ends up going to them (he doesn't even have to think about it). These types of players may sound like they are just playing for the club because they have ambitions, but that's what they want the media to hear. They're obviously there because they like the idea of a big sum every week.Slightly going off topic there, but I suppose if everyone seems to want Begovic, then he must be a fairly interesting keeper to have right?
