I would first of all like to apologise to all supporters of top teams in the premier league for our gutless team selection last night. I firmly believe the guy lost the plot last night, no excuse for changing every outfield position, yea we have another massive game Sunday, but what he did was IMHO un-acceptable. It can be argued that we were highly unlikely to get anything for Old Trafford, but, even Man Utd were weekened, although theirs was injuries, so I guess we never had a better chance! So what does gutless Macarthy do, put out a reserve side, throwing the towel in before a ball is kicked.

As a Wolves season ticket holder for as long as I can remember, I have never been so embarresed as I was last night. I hope the Premier League really kick his a**e, for me its the biggest insult, basically saying to his first team they were not good enuff!!!

But they did go on and win on Sunday.Whoever wins the league is not up to McCarthy, his job is keeping WOlves up and games like the Burnley game are more winnable than trips to Old Trafford.However it does reflect badly on the state of the game that he had to resort to such tactics.

Mccarthy was justified after they beat Burnley, they were unlucky against City last night though.
