Kieran. 6,317
One lad in that photo looks so proud to be there, the other is called Fernando Torres. What're you going on about? Torres has to be beaming on the bench at all times?!
BlueLion. 21,491
Sam just strikes me as a lad to be delighted to playing football for the club... I can't even remember Torres smiling It's just nice to see a happy face amidst all the doom and gloom!
LondonPride1905 236
Sam fit the old saying: When you have the will and want something you can get it if you try to!He worked hard, he's back, hope he will stay for a long time.
Superblue 6,372
Amidst the fantastic news that Sam Hutchinson has managed to resume what we all hope to be a promising football career with this football club, the fact remains that the club lacks a regular first choice right back. Ivanovic's favoured position is centre back, Ferreira's best days are well behind him and Bosingwa is regularly at fault for goals conceded due to his defensive indiscipline.Hutch has already shown the desire to get back to playing football again, I wouldn't put it past him to nail down the RB position in the first team by the end of the season, providing he can stay fit. Expect him to be given a run out against Portsmouth and I really hope he takes his chance - it would be nice during what is clearly a transitional season to get another position sewn down with another youngster with lots of potential. True_Blue 469
I just hope it isn't dangerous for him to return, since a serious injury could get him back in trouble. We are a team that usually has a lot of injuries (not this season though).Well done for coming back Sam i hope you make it here. BlueLion. 21,491
I'd love him to play on Sunday, it would be a bright point in a underwhelming (even if somewhat expected on my part) season.
Kajo 176
He got definitely much better crossing abilities than Bosingwa. I still remeber his cross to Frank who lob the keeper.
