The loss of not qualifying to the knockouts won't hurt that much as it did when we were whitewashed in England and Australia. Its a T20 and as some one said earlier, it's like League cup. Good fun but no one takes it seriously. And this is not a case of sour grapes. T20 is a one man show most of the times and that's why i am supporting West Indies now to win it. Hayden and Langer to open, Ponting, Martyn, Clarke, Waugh, Gilchrist to follow and then McGrath and Lee firing in plus Shane Warne. Agree, i'd like to see Gayle force smash the Windies to success. They have a good chance if their top order stay in. If they do an England and are like 15-3 after 4 overs, it's good night for them. They rely solely on their top 3 or 4 batsmen. Their bowling is crap as are the mid order.

here is the thing about the Aussies. You like players like Dravid, Laxman, Sachin cus yes they are gentleman. When goons like Gilchrist, Symonds, Hayden talk shit about their families fielding around them, they dont give it back. They just ignore. I dont get this. India always gets shit for being weak abroad and often gets termed as Flat Track Bullies. When we go abroad, we get green and bouncy pitches but when Aus or England comes to India they expect "Sporting" wickets. The only reason Australia won that one series in India in the last so many years was because of the green top in Nagpur. How many times do we get turners abroad? England cannot live with spin and so cant Australia just like we cant handle green and bouncy wickets and yet we get called flat track bullies.

personal preference from my part i guess. i like to see a fast bowler rattle the batsmen rather than see a turning wicket. who was the last decent Indian fast bowler? I think maybe Javagal Srinath until he got crocked. Zaheer was good for maybe 2 seasons and then faded. ishanth, pathan, sreesanth all had their time in the sun but no one consistent. that's why we win only at home now.

As for "Flat track bullies" - u cant help it. i understand your point though, home advantage plays an important role in cricket and in a sense all the teams play to their strengths at home

Thanks I wasnt aware its called sledging. But there has got to be a limit to it. you cant cross boundaries. Hey..Harbhajan was never proved racist, THERE IS NO PROOF. Get over yourself. He was tried in an Australian Court and was cleared.

And why on earth is Harbhajan tagged a racist? Gareth Bale gets called a monkey by the rest of the fans so why not Symonds? This is exactly what pisses me off. You can call a white guy a monkey but if you call a black guy monkey its racist.
