We should not jump the gun on Cucurella. He has looked amazing for Spain but he remains a vastly limited player . 

he looks good for Spain cos they don’t ask him to do something he is bad at. They don’t need him to overlap, provide crosses  or overall support the attack. They also don’t need him to win aerial duels or defend space. All he has to do is defend 1 on 1, intercept and play short passes. Which is about all he can do but do well. He should not be our long term no1 LB
