Bruma will not be happy if hes coming back to sit on the bench. If Rajkovic is sitting on the bench there, we can just recall him back to sit on OUR bench instead.

But doesn't he still have the work permit issues?

Ivanovic seems to be Boas first choice RB atm, which only leaves us with Luiz and Terry as our only two CB's. Bruma can be our third choice CB; we are participating in the FA, CL, and PL competition. So he is sure to get a lot of playing time.

He already said he'd rather stay.

It's like this, would we rather have a bench-warming Rajkovic, in Hamburg, on our bench.. Or would we rather take a regular playing Bruma, on our bench?

Seems unfair on the latter, and I'm sure he'd be quite upset to come back and play that bit-part.

Don't take what he said to the German media seriously, remember Sturridge said something similar when he was with Bolton. He has to show respect to the team he is on loan with, can't make himself sound like he is already planing on going back to his parent club. It is a good strategic move by Bruma, and his interview will definitely look well with the fans and his current manager.

A third choice CB will get a lot of playing time at Chelsea, and consider that AVB likes to rotate his players. And as i said we play way too many games for him not to be on the pitch every other games.

Good point.

I still think it's better for his own development if he stays there, where he's playing nearly all games. In a competitive league too.

It's more pertinant to Tore but complexions exist in his contract too:

The English giants have a 50 per cent stake in the sale of Tore, effective until the end of the player's current contract at HSV, according to Hamburger Morgenpost. This means that, should Hamburg sell the Turkey international before 2014, they will be forced to pay half the fee back to Chelsea.

Tore, a Koln native, has been linked with a move to his ancestors' homeland of Turkey in recent weeks and his agent recently revealed that he anticipates negotiations between his client and Galatasaray at season's end.

"We haven't entered official negotiations with Galatasaray, but we have good relations with their board. At the end of the season? Why not? But not now," agent Bektas Demirtas told Radyospor.

Hamburg signed several players, including Tore, Michael Mancienne, Jacopo Sala, Slobodan Rajkovic, and loanee Jeffrey Bruma, from Chelsea last summer and though the quintet came at a cut price, the agreement between the clubs contains several clauses.

Rajkovic involved in a bust-up with his team-mate at Hamburg.

http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/1124670/hamburg's-rajkovic-suspended-for-bust-up?cc=4716

Hamburg have confirmed they have suspended defender Slobodan Rajkovic until further notice after a training ground bust-up with Son Heung-min on Friday.

The pair clashed after exchanging insults during training with Tolgay Arslan, who was nearby, needing treatment for a cut after accidentally being struck in the head during the melee.

Hamburg coach Thorsten Fink has blamed Rajkovic for the incident and suspended him from training with immediate effect.

According to the Bundesliga club's website, he will not join the squad on their tour of South Korea over the coming weeks while Son can also expect punishment in the form of a fine.

If and when Rajkovic, who was previously contracted to Chelsea, will return to training remains unclear.
