But I think a player like Destro would die being a backup of Diego Costa. Destro and other young players. To compete with Diego Costa is very difficult and needs; much experience and self-confidence.

Jose was at Real Madrid Higuain and Benzema together in the 2011 season - 2012 and Benzema, Higuain made 32 goals and made 26 years. A player was fed back to the other player. If Higuain toward a goal on Wednesday, Benzema knew he had to get a goal the following Saturday because if he did not it, Jose was not going to put in the following starting eleven.

I think Falcao has created many chances, too, but he failed those occasions (as in yesterday's game against QPR). I think Falcao would be unsuitable to the Premier League was a corpse walking around the pitch, but Falcao fight much, working too much and generates many many chances. I think his problem is not Premier League, Falcao is the problem of Louis Van Gaal, a stubborn man who always creates problems with stars on all teams on which he has been.

Two weeks ago he scored two goals and everyone at Manchester United wanted to sign him. But Van Gaal came and let him out of the starting eleven. He is very stubborn.

But I understand perfectly what you say, and I share much of what you say, I'm not entirely sure to sign Falcao, even on loan. It's risky, but sometimes one bet, and you can win (I remember Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Sir Alex Ferguson).

But without us signing Falcao, have a TOP backup for Diego Costa could be good for us to increase competition and competitiveness.

You make a good point in saying that Costa would stifle Destro's development. But would having Falcao not also be detrimental? We saw how desperate Abramovich was to see Torres actually at least break even in terms of goals-to-transfer fee, but he never got to that level, because he had lost the yard of pace necessary to operate in this league as the striker he is; an on-the-shoulder-of-the-last-man forward. Costa has a different skills set which is more suited. From what I've seen of Falcao in this league, he, like Torres, hasn't got the pace to play his natural game here. It might work in Spain where the higher defensive line leaves yards of space to run into, but not here.

And you don't have to be apologetic that we are having a debate, if everyone had the same opinions then the world would be boring.

No, it was just a desire of mine. So far only speak reports that Manchester could break his loan agreement with Monaco in the January or the summer market, and already speak (reports) of a possible interest of Real Madrid and PSG.

But so far no one has linked Falcao and Chelsea.

Upgrade. Today reports also speak of a possible interest from Liverpool and Manchester City. But they seem just speculation.

Another upgrade. Even yesterday Jose told that we had refused to sign Radamel Falcao and Angel Di Maria for us in summer market to enforce the rules of the Financial Fair Play.
